Ok, - First Off, - I just received these a week ago, and Secondly, as most folks know, there isn't much 'Taste' to Vit E, and Thirdly, I have no way of knowing what this vitamin is doing for me, but as i keep reading about the benefits of Vit.E, I just trust that it's good and good for me, and at the worst, not harmful!

I have very dry skin, especially in the winter. I had to use very rich creams and body butters in the dry winter months and less heavy creams in the summer. Since I started taking Swanson Premium Natural Vitamin E, 1,000 IU I don't need to use heavy creams and for the most part, I don't even need to use any cream on my body except for face creams. I use to take 400 IU of vitamin E but that was not enough. I saw a dramatic difference when I started taking the larger amount.

I take large amounts of antioxidants daily for good health. I take these specifically for their antioxidant properties.I will purchase these high potency softgels from Swansons again.Jewels, Ocean Shores WA.

Pease, Swanson, pack these in extra virgin olive oil, or use no oil fillers.These are packed in soybean oil, which turns rancid in the body creating free radicals.At 1000 IU the Vitamin E activity likely counteracts it, but that leaves less IU to do what I bought it for.I'd recommend these only until I can find a healthier alternative. Next time I may try Healthy Origins, which has no oil fillers.

I have been taking this for 60 years or longer and I survived it till now, I guess it is OK, when I reach 100 and I am still self sufficient , I will give you a five !!!

This item has acetate, meaning it may be synthetic and we should be told up front. I found this out after i bought it of course. Do your research before buying any vitamins, even on this site. I gave two stars because their service is usually good.

I was shocked to see that the vitamins I boughtfrom you are basically less than what I am used to invitamins I have bought else where. Your vitamins areloaded with fillers . Rice flour soybean oil ect. I amwriting just this one review. But it goes for all thevitamins I bought from you. I will not buy from you again!
