Great sales on products

Have always had great success with all swanson products. Like the availability of all products and the convenience of ordering by phone I like the large bottles of c and magnesium, I like to put these in some of my Christmas gifts for family.

Good Combo

Bancgrl August 2, 2013

I could not find many Vitamin E supplements combined with Selenium. Another bonus is the price. I noticed a lot of other places were more money. Selenium is necessary for my thyroid and this has been a great additon. I think it helps with immunity also.

Wonderful!

Most of the vitamin E products out there have some very allergenic substances in it... mainly soybean oil. This one not only doesn't have that, but also has just the right amount of selenium, which keeps me from having to take yet another pill. You need to take this with your cal/mag/zinc supplement to get the bang from your supplement bucks.

They work well for me.

Erky May 19, 2010

I began taking Vitamin E with Selenium 10 years ago at age 50 out of mental health concerns. Friends recommended Swanson's and I've been here since.\nI am not a medical researcher or physician, but an active, aging male. I feel the combination of vitamins and supplements I take are enhanced in absorption by Vitamin E, and Vitamin E has it's own benefits.\nEvery few years I get the itch and run around to supplement stores to shop. Swanson's is always the best deal per dose, and as convenient as my laptop nad mail box.\nTHANKS, SWANSON'S, for a decade of health and preservation.

Swanson Vitamin E Softgels

My only (small) gripe is the lid doesn't allow for easy access as most other supplements do.

Synthetic Vitamin E

Poopieto July 15, 2014

I stopped taking this product when I discovered that the first ingredient listed is dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, which is a synthetic form of Vitamin E.I have since switched to NOW E-400, which is 100% natural and contains mixed tocopherols: alpha, beta, delta and gamma. Suggest everyone research this and compare.
