I LOVE blueberries. Since it can be a struggle to obtain good organic ones all year, this is a great way to get their many benefits.

Swanson has so many excellent and hard to find herbal extracts, this being one of many I use!

I have researched on blueberry extract pills and the information was very confusing because each company gives you different information so you can't really know if you are comparing apples with apples. I finally bought this and tried it and bought another brand that supposed to be about the same potency and tried that. Swanson's blueberry extract is definitely a much more superior product, hands down and costs much less than the other brand.

I ordered those blueberry capsules for improving my intake in fruits thinking that a concentrated powder might replace partially the absence of fresh fruits (very expensive ones).Turns out that the powder in the capsules is extremely packed and dried (I opened them to drop the powder in my smoothies) and I am assuming that they have been stored a long time. So not very sure if the quality is still here....
