This women's probiotic is perfect for my needs. It provides just the right amount of probiotics and things for women. And it's reasonably priced too.

These prebiotic comes in capsule form. They have a very slight flavor to them, but barely noticeable. After taking them for about 1 week I started to notice that my digestive system was working more consistently. They did not upset my stomach at all so that was also very good. I would definitely recommend this product.

I love taking a probiotic supplement as part of my normal routine because I find it helps keep me on track physically and most importantly helps to keep my menstrual cycle regular. I have only used this for a week, but so far it seems great. I don't feel sick to my stomach when I take it, even on an empty stomach.

As a vegetarian it is very hard to find supplements that don't contain gelatin or other animal products. I love that this probiotic combines in the cranberry making it easier, quicker, and more affordable than taking both a cranberry supplement and a probiotic. After a few weeks of taking this daily I feel better already- down there. This will be my go-to for urinary and vaginal preventative health. I have also noticed that I am more regular in the bathroom which has been a huge plus for me as well. I haven't had any reflux while taking this as I sometimes do with other supplements.

I have only been taking these probiotics for a couple weeks. The pills aren't too big and they don't have a bad odor or taste. I love that they are shelf stable so I can keep them by my bed and take them with my nighttime medicines. If I have to keep a probiotic in the fridge, I tend to forget about it. I have noticed that when I take them I wake up and need to immediately use the restroom. This isn't a con for me. I'll keep taking the rest of the supplement to see if there are any other changes or side effects.

I've taken probiotics before but I've never taken a prebiotic. I like that I don't have to refrigerate the capsules, it makes it easier for me to remember to take them. They come in a blister pack, one capsule in each spot to pop out. What I didn't realize right away, is that you are supposed to take 2 capsules a day. So my pack of 60 is only a 30 day supply. The capsules are on the large size, but I didn't have any issues swallowing them. As far as these capsules improving my gut health, I think it's too soon to tell. I do feel I have not had any negative side effects while taking them.

I received this product as part of the Stella Product Testing Panel. This is a 2 pill per day product that came as a 30 day supply. Very easy blister packaging to get the pills out. If you're someone who already takes a lot of pills adding 2 more is kind of annoying vs probiotics that are only 1 pill. I take probiotics to help with gas symptoms and this one has been more effective than my usual. Probiotics have never helped me with constipation so I can't comment on that effectiveness. Didn't see any change. I would definitely recommend this product to help improve gut health to a friend.

I like the option to take ProBiotics. They keep my system working regularly. As far as this particular brand . . . I was expecting them to arrive in a bottle. The only downside for me is they are individually wrapped in foil blister packs. Really not convenient when taking with my daily vitamins. I probably wouldn't purchase this brand again for that reason. No description info shared how they were packaged.

After taking these daily probiotic consistently for a few weeks, I did not observe any noticeable change in my digestive health. Pros are that the capsules do not need to be refrigerated and are a vegan formula. They did not leave an aftertaste or give me bad tasting breath or burbs. I will continue to use them though as maybe my gut needs more time to benefit from this product.

The Women's Daily Probiotic + Prebiotic FOS is a solid product. However, I've been dealing with GI issues my whole life, and unfortunately, this pro/prebiotic just didn't have enough CFUs to make a noticeable difference for me in that area. I did see an improvement in my urinary health. They market urinary and vaginal health, and it actually helped; it's effective in that regard. It is a decent product, but if you're looking for a stronger digestive support, this might not be enough. I will continue taking this supplement because of the great results I had with my urinary health.
