My mistake in thinking I was getting tablet not capsules when I put tablets in description. I will pay closer attention next time so I will not be dumping out half a capsule to get 25 mg rather than 50 mg.

Could not use this product.
Could not use this product because when I called & asked Swanson customer the source of the gelatin for the capsules I was told it is a combination of beef & pork. I do not use pork products so I gave the bottle of Zinc Gluconate to someone else.
