I was looking to replace a similar item an came across this. Much longer than my previous brace. At first it seemed a bit constricting behind the knee (my former one had an "X" crossing there), but I gave it a chance and am pleased. I just ordered another, as my pain bounces back and forth between knees.

The knee supports are what the orthopedic doctor recommended. They have side supports and come in different sizes (widths). It's nice that they are a neutral color. My only issue is that they were long on my short legs. It would be great if they came in different lengths. They hold up well after repeated washings.
