I love Sweet Baby Ray's stuff in general. But THIS stuff is really, really good. It has all the right flavors hitting at the same time. It makes chicken so flavorful on so many levels. Also, if you just so happen to be making Fettuccini/Alfredo dish, just a small drop of this really makes the dish better. If you like garlic parmesan, this is the brand to get. It's one of many Sweet Bay Rays staples in my pantry.
It's a bit different from traditional wing sauces but delicious in its own right. Pros: The dual-purpose formula as both a sauce and marinade is incredibly convenient. I can marinate chicken overnight for deep flavor penetration, then use extra as a finishing glaze or dipping sauce. It's like getting two products in one bottle. The 16 fl oz size is generous and offers great value for the price. Sweet Baby Ray's products are always affordable, and this one gives you plenty of sauce for multiple meals without breaking the bank. The flavor has a nice sweet and savory balance that's characteristic of Sweet Baby Ray's style. The garlic is prominent without being overpowering, and the parmesan adds a nice cheesy richness that works well with various proteins. Cons: It's noticeably sweeter than traditional garlic parmesan wing sauces, which might not be what everyone expects. If you're looking for that classic buttery, savory BWW-style garlic parm, this has more of a sweet barbecue-meets-garlic-parmesan vibe. The consistency is thinner than some garlic parmesan sauces, which is great for marinating but means it doesn't coat wings quite as thickly. You may need to apply multiple layers or reduce it on the stove for better coverage. The parmesan flavor is somewhat subtle compared to the garlic and sweetness. If you're a die-hard parmesan fan, you might find yourself wanting a bit more of that sharp, cheesy punch. What it's good with: This sauce shines when used as a marinade for grilled chicken thighs or breasts—let them soak for a few hours and then grill for incredible flavor. It's also fantastic on bone-in wings (bake them crispy, then toss), as a glaze for salmon or shrimp skewers, or brushed on garlic bread before toasting. I love using it on pasta with grilled chicken for a quick weeknight dinner, or as a dipping sauce for breadsticks and mozzarella sticks. It pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables like broccoli or Brussels sprouts, and it's excellent drizzled over baked potatoes. Try it as a pizza sauce alternative for a unique white pizza, or use it to jazz up plain rice or quinoa bowls! For Sweet Baby Ray's fans looking to expand beyond traditional BBQ sauce, this is definitely worth a try!
I absolutely love Sweet Baby Ray's® Garlic Parmesan Sauce %26 Marinade! It's become one of my go‑to sauces whenever I want to add bold flavor without fuss. The garlic and parmesan blend together beautifully — rich, savory, and just cheesy enough — making it perfect not just for wings, but for chicken, pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and more. I use it as a marinade before grilling or baking, and it soaks into the meat wonderfully, giving amazing flavor every time. It's also fantastic as a finishing sauce or dip — especially on crispy chicken or wings — and a little goes a long way. For the price, the bottle size, and how versatile this sauce is across so many meals, I'm super happy to keep it stocked in my pantry. Highly recommend if you love garlic parm flavor that works on everything! 🍗🧄🧀
this stuff is killer I put it on my normal wrap (romaine, chicken, lettuce, tomatoe, pickle, wheat mission wrap) and it slapped. I bet it would be good as a salad dressing too or w modemwde pizza red sauce replacement. seriously I hate the OG sweet baby Ray's but I've had their mild buffalo, buffalo garlic, garlic Parmesan and I went to try their sweet and spicy because when they do stuff besides straight bbq it seems to slap HARD. Their food engineers rock.
I bought this to make pizzas with since I have a child with a tomato allergy. We were able to use this instead of the pizza sauce and the pizzas came out great
This garlic parm sauce from sweet baby rays is amazing. It has just the right amount of garlic so it's not even close to be overpowering. I used it on pork and my first bite was beyond delicious. Sweet baby rays never disappoints
I bought this based on seeing it used for wings on multiple recipes sites. I was excited to try it for wings. I was pretty disappointed in the taste. It tasted a bit sour and fake. It has a bunch of "junk ingredients" too. I did like that it is GF, but the other ingredients aren't healthy. I do love their bbq sauce, but sadly, this didn't "wow" me. I won't buy it again. It's a "miss" for me.
I love Sweet Baby Ray's products %26 I love garlic Parmesan wings, so I thought was a win-win, but this sauce has way more salt than flavor . How disappointing!
Saw recipe online that called for this so I tried it even tho I don't enjoy garlic. I still don't like garlic taste. IMO this also has a very processed taste.
I either ordered by mistake or got it by mistake. I was after the honey mustard. Either way this stuff is nasty. I don't know what you would eat it with. Probably just my taste preference, but I don't like it. I got two bottles, tasted one and threw them both away.
