Sweet Sweat Stick Original

Sweet Sweat is that gym essential you never knew you needed until you tried it. I’ve been using it before workouts, and the difference is wild — it helps me warm up faster, sweat more, and feel like my effort is really paying off. The consistency is smooth, smells amazing, and doesn’t feel sticky or heavy like some other products. This has really taken my workouts to the next level and I love that for me!

This is the real deal. However, you do have to put in the work to see the results. Used along with the waist trainer will definitely get the job done. I use it for an hour of cardio 3 times a week. It's been approximately 8-10 weeks and i see results. I have been working out regularly prior to using it. This has helped me with the problem areas. I'm almost 60. Not as easy to shed weight. The product has a nice scent, does not stain clothing, does not irritate my skin, but most notably has minimal ingredients that are effective. The best part for me is the fact that it does not contain caffeine like other products. I apply it 15-20 minutes prior to my cardio workout. I prefer to wear with dri-fit gear. You will sweat profusely. Which i already do. Cotton workout gear will become drenched with sweat, depriving your body of proper ventilation. Sweet sweat will definitely be a staple of my workout routine.

This stuff works! 20 min on the stair stepper and I was DRIPPING in sweat. Love how this helps speed up the sweat process in the winter when gyms are colder. Plus, the scent makes it so you smell like sunscreen/coconut instead of sweat!

This does help you Sweat I have seen progress in my workouts but you have to have a an intense workout to see it work I would recommend wearing it all Day
