Very comfortable and works well
I decided to get a waist trimmer for a couple of reasons; to help trim my waist and look better, and to give my back some gentle support while I work out. I'm happy to say that both of those goals were met and so far it's working out very well. I wear this trimmer under my leggings and it's slim and comfortable. Would recommend.

Great for a workout
I bought this waist trimmer and it worked great. I even wear it to work. It will definitely make you sweat alot. It's great to use while working out, very sturdy material and it fits as stated.

Great feature
I got this about a week ago to try out for free it's easy to use and put away and you can wash them I use mine with my other waist bad it's comfortable not to tight gives support

A little too small but it works
I should have ordered one size up, but it provides enough coverage to be effective. I also tend to wear it to give extra back support when I need to stand a little longer than normal. Combined with the stick, it's a powerful punch!

XL is very big. . . but
I wear an XL in women's, but I could have probably gotten this is a L or M size. Works amazing though. My favorite waist trimmer and I have tried MANY
