I am extremely happy with this swivel rocker recliner chair. The fabric is soft, comfortable, and looks great in my living room. Shipping address was Oregon. Item lost in shipping and ended up in Georgia. After several days a refund was issued. Finally the item arrived at my address. Now I have 7 days to return the chair or pay for it again. Now the same thing is happening with the replacement chair I ordered. Same crap. Be careful ordering furniture from this company affiliates.
