I love Crystallized Ginger.. So when i came across this i had to give it a try, I love the fact it is big slices and not just little pieces the size of the end of your fingers. Some will think it is a little chewy but it didnt bother me. I do like the flavor of it. So i now either grab my ginger hard candy or a chunk of my crystallized ginger to help when i have a stomach ache. I personally dont think the ginger is super strong but i like the slight bite it has.

Nice and spicy, not bland and sugary like the stuff sold in supermarkets. A good value for the size of the package.

This is a two pound bag of deliciousness! And the price is amazing.

I'm always impressed with the flavor of the sweet gourmet items. But this time I thought I had ordered the diced type rather than pieces. Very disappointed because there is so much unchewable fiber in the pieces. Doesn't have as much in the dices. Next time I'll pay more attention.

Flavor is ok (not great, but would be fine in a recipe more than to nibble on), but it ships through Amazon.

Smells like a urinal and tastes really bad! I was expecting a sugar coating.
