It worked for me. I drink before pumping or drink before bed to pump in the am. I only wish the carbs weren't so high.

dont take if u have hyperthyroidism
they do seem good but i found out i cant take them dontona reaction with my HYPERTHYROIDISM. so ladies read the labels.

I'm iffy on buying again
This apple one isn't too bad but there is a STRONG taste that isn't the fruit and it's kinda a turn off, it really takes me the whole 24 hours to drink it because I have to have a chaser with it.

Don't waste your money
I put it in the fridge to chill it because I read it helps it taste better. This mango banana is GROSS and it caused me to have a headache/migrane. Even though I tried to mix this with pink milk after trying it on its own it brought out the banana flavor but it was already too late.

they didn't really help me produce. as a first time mom i hear so many things about what to do but to be honest the only thing that will really help is latching your baby constantly along with a good diet and hydration.
