I cannot go without this sweetener for certain drinks. . Perfect for tea, coffee and fruit. Buy the larger quantity if you buy a lot. It is a better value for what you receive and you don't have to purchase numerous times. A good substitute for sugar everyday. Would like to see a dissolvable tablet form to dispense instead of the little packets everyday.
I use to be able to purchase this at BJ'S. However they discontinued selling it. I'm thankful I can get from Walmart. I do have to order in online for pickup. They don't carry this size at Westminster Walmart. Usually I can get it from the Hanover store which is no problem for me. I use it everyday for my tea, dissolves quickly and taste good. Have used it for baking as well. Always satisfied.
our family has relied on Sweet %26 Low for many years. It has always been the sugar substitute for our table because of its consistent taste and affordability. It pours out of the packet and dissolves quickly into whatever I am using it for. The little packet is easy to slip into my purse to take along to the restaurant or a friends house just in case they don't have any on hand. Don't ever want to be without my little pink packet!
I use this in everything, I know about the saccharin studies and the possible risks down the However, I will never consume the commensurate amount in two lifetimes much less one that they fed to the rats for the negative results. Product is GREAT in sweet tea, coffee regular tea and ZERO sugar sodas and what makes it great in the ZERO sugar sodas is it will cause the carbonation to bubble some of it away and leave it with a great flavor profile and bring the soda to taste almost identical to the sugar-based sodas. It still has carbonation...it's just not as overpowering.
It's Saccharine! An artificial sweetener for around a 100 years! It's not perfect but far less toxic then Aspartame which breaks down into wood alcohol in your body! Also in liquid drinks in cans if it gets too hot or sits too long! So better then using too much sugar! Monk fruit is too expensive this stuff is relatively inexpensive !
My wife %26 I have been using this in our coffee every morning for several years. When I first started using it, I noticed a slight aftertaste. However, I quickly got used to it and now I don't notice it anymore. The price on the large box is very economical, which is why we have been purchasing it that way for awhile.
Why buy this size? because we use this sweetener every morning. This size box was even lower in cost than a major competitor, that sell many products over the web, you will be Amazed. A box of this size will last us a few years, but who cares, as it does not go bad unless it gets wet.
Instead of buying a small box several times a year, this is much more economical; about half the price per packet. It lasts me a little over a year. I'm diabetic, so I'm not supposed to use sugar. I prefer Sweet n Low for my hot and cold herbal teas instead of others. It's the best value.
I gave up sugar in my coffee 15 years ago. I probably put to much sweet n low in it now, but I like it sweet and there isnt an aftertaste like some sweeteners. I put 9 in a 34 oz thermos. Only issue I have it sometimes the small pink paper sneakes into the thermos and I get a surprise half way thru lol. Thats probably my issue, but since the liquid is so hard to find now it cost you a star in (ease of use)
These Equate brand Sweet n low 1500 packets are the most economical I could find online and in store. I buy this bulk pack because I have time to reorder when needed. These packets come with a nice packig that when opened the powder comes out easily. Another plus point of this peoduct is that they are available in Wal-Mart and in Sams club the later having a little discounted price on the box of 1500. Apart from adding to cooffee and tea It can be also be used to neutralize the spicyness of the food if you like the taste. Overall this product deserves a 5 star rating but I I gave only 4 star because once I bought at Sams for an amaing sale price sometime back which was not offered again tiĺ now. I recommend this product for those who would like toxuse a substitute for sugar, more so for diabetics based on its good taste and availability.
