Zero issues with this product. I have used mine many times and it has worked perfectly every time. I can dust my 12 ft ceilings with ease, along with easily reaching all of our ceiling fans. Just got a 2nd one for my Mom and she's loving not having to climb a step ladder to dust her ceiling fans. Excellent product!

The six foot extender wand is perfect for our offices! We have a great janitorial staff in our building, but little things like air vents and ceiling light fixtures often get overlooked. The longer wand made it so easy to reach those areas. The resizable handle makes it great for general office dusting of bookcases and the tops of the desk hutches. Perfect!

Absolutely love it. The 6 feet extension gets to clean cobwebs on my 12 foot high ceilings. It is very strong and dusts my high shelves. I bought 2 so I can keep one in the kitchen and the 2nd in my library where I couldn't reach the higher shelves. This tool has been a godsend .

This duster is twice the size of the regular one and it extends to 6 feet. It's great, it uses 2 regular refills and gets the job done in half the tine. At 5 foot 1, the 6 foot handle is wonderful, no more standing on chairs,lol. Everyone needs one of these whether you have pets or not. Highly recommend this duster.

actually quite pleased with this buy. My bedroom has an extremely high ceiling and the fan is impossible to reach even with my 6ft husband standing on a high top table chair. this thing came in handy! It extends no problem, locks so I have complete control over cleaning each peice and for the most part locks in the dust. I'd say as far as locking in the dust I'd give it an 8/10 which is still pretty great, overall 10/10 cleaning performance and convenience. Would definitely reccomend to make your cleaning life easier. I was able to clean 5 ceiling fans with just the 2 attachment dusters (my fans were a bit dusty because they're impossible to reach).

I have bad copd. I have a cat that sheds mucho. I have wood floors. Yes, this is good for dusting the usual, but it beats the regular floor Swiffer hands down for quick and easy.

Love that I can extend and reach high places without a step stool. It does swivel and some times it will turn too much but it is easy to use and pick up dirty and dust.

I like it, but the lock button doesn't stay locked. Love the length

Major design fail..The extended pole collapses the moment one starts to dust overhead., rendering it useless. Did you test this before piutting on the market? Had high hopes for this. Customers should not have to resort to duct tape to use this..

I agree with the other reviews that this "heavy duty 6 foot" extendable Swiffer is not as sturdy as the original blue one and it does not lock in place along the barrel of the pole. Yes, as the automated responses indicate, the top or the duster top, locks in place, but the barrel or pole does not lock together so that when you use it, it collapses and gets shorter with even a little pressure. This is a design flaw. The pole needs to lock with the original push button releases to make the pole shorter if you want to shorten it. While it is usable, it will not stay at the longest position with any pressure. Please fix this flaw in the next model and do it quickly. Thank you.
