Swiffer Duster Kit, Heavy Duty 3 ft Extendable, 1 Handle + 3 Refills, Unscented

I bought this Swifter Heavy Duty extendable duster kit . I am getting so short I have a hard time dusting above my head and my ceiling fans. It took a little getting use to it but once I did it comes in handy dusting everything high. I also use it to dust lower as I have knee problems and it hurts to bend down. It was a good value not only getting the extender but refills too. I rate it a 5 star and if you are older like me short and bending problems I highly recommend you give it a try it makes cleaning easier for the old woman.

I was reluctant to buy this Swiffer Duster, but I recently went thru some health issues, so my husband has started helping around the house and I wanted to make the dusting a little easier, because he too has some health issues. His exact words were, "man, this thing is a dust magnet!" He didn't mind duating with it at all, and the extended handle makes reaching higher places so much easier. It really does do a great job at collecting the dust, instead of just pushing it around, like other dusters have a tendency to do. The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 stars is because the refills are a little pricey. I know they're not that expensive to make, so why charge us so much? The refill prices was also one of the main reasons I hesitated to buy it. Come on, Swiffer, cut your refill prices a bit and I'm sure you would make more overall sales. Regardless, I would recommend this, especially if you need to get a good job done quick!

I like it but it feels kind of flimsy in your hand but it is very lightweight maybe that's the difference. I have a difficult time with fluffing out fibers and so I'm going to look that up to see the proper way to do it so I'm getting the best results. it did pick up so much dust I was actually very surprised so it does work super well I just want to see how you're supposed to fluff it correctly

I have been wanting to buy this for a long while but with low income and higher prices I was unable to purchase until now. I was looking forward to receiving this but now wish I didn't waste my money. The pads only fluff up half way down and barely even fluff up at all and I do know how to fluff them because I have regular Swiffer dusters. They aren't very fluffy far superior to these. Why change them. I don't know but they definitely cheeped out. I won't buy their refills but will definitely check out the competition. Do better SWIFFER. I feel like I wasted money I didn't have to waste. Taking advantage of people is poor business.

Thin, cheap plastic. The dusting cloth is half the size and fluff of what it was when Swiffer originally came out. Holds dust fine, but won't secure to the wand clips for long and slides off constantly. I'm not new to this product so it's definitely and issue with the design of the product. Would not recommend. You're better off getting a cloth or microfiber type duster and just washing it... which I'll probably end up doing...

it doesn't stay clicked it's junk

It looks round a full and fluffy in all adds and I have friends that have , use and love this particular product. Ours looks nothing like add. Skinny not shaped like add and sparse with material. Totally not as advertised. Been long time user of swifter products. This plus the huge box that I received last order without wand highly disappointing.

the item don't work like you think it should and it will cost me more to return the item. time and money. you just have to take a lost on these useless items, and further more I'm too old to make the trip. I would have to pay for the trip up the and pay for the trip back. Thanks for nothing......have a nice day. Mr. Stewart

It is smaller than the picture on the box. It is not as fluffy as the picture on the box. I was very disappointed when I received this item, opened it up and looked at it. The duster head is not much bigger than an ink pen as you can see in the pictures below.😩🤨

No matter how much you try to fluff this thing it is flat and useless. Not even 1/4 of what they claim it should be and I'm guessing that's why they use computer generated pictures. If they showed the actual product you get they would never sell anything. This thing was a waste of money
