Swiffer Duster Kit with 6 ft Super Extendable Handle, Heavy Duty Starter Kit with 8 Refills

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product all of the time it is great for the hard to reach dusty spots that can get so built up with dust over time. It fits in my closet and takes up no space at all, the refills are incredibly cheap and they give you more than enough and the material it's made up of is incredible for cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was basically assembled when I received it. It had a turning piece that was good for my wrists and hands, ergonomically. The materials it was made of were very lightweight, so easy to maneuver. I used it mainly to clean my ceiling fans, so it was very easy to use. All in all a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and how skinny the rod is to allow you to really clean everything well. My only complaint is its hard to get it statically charged to hold onto the dust and not just drop it after wiping it off. It doesnt feel cheap and should last a long time especially with the refills

I have a real love hate relationship with this product. I love the idea and found it very useful for reaching high places or using it on my baseboards. However, I hate that the pole keeps collapsing on itself. The shorter dusting Swiffer has a locking handle. Sure wish this one did! 🤨

I bought this for the extension wand. There's no way to lock it at any extended position so light pressure on it causes it to collapse upon itself. Very annoying. The dusting pads aren't very heavy duty. It was pricey so I'll have to continue to use it until it's time to replace it.

THis is totally useless.....6 ft handle doesn't lock. Bought it to dust my walls close to the ceiling, but the plastic keeps scratching my walls. Just awful!!!

Handle extends but will not stay extended. Collapses immediately when you begin holding it against something you want to clean. Because of this, this product it a absolutely worthless. A complete waste of time and money.

As s have pointed out, there is no way to lock the pole, so it keeps collapsing. I already started using it and tossed the receipt because I love all other Swiffer products and was sure this was going to work fine, like the rest of the products I own.

This is exactly what we were looking for, but the inablility to lock the handle sections when extended make it very frustrating to use. Even slight pressure against the head makes one or more of the sections collapse when trying to dust hard-to-reach surfaces. It doesn't even need to literally lock, but the friction that keeps the sections in place when extended should be stronger. Or even a twist lock design would be an improvement. Disappointed.
