since I have mobility issues i got this to dust around my areas in the bedroom and living room since I am allergic to my daughter dog hair dander and it is all over the living room. heavy duty and I am able to get most of the dust/hair here in the living room with in my reach and trash it. since this is a starter kit naturally i will have to get refills but so far it has been great
Easy to use. I can dust in small and difficult places where other larger products will not do. I can spray my own furniture shine, or other scent. Decent price.
The dusting pads are not what I was expecting. They are kind of difficult to fluff up and while dusting they feel very thin and flimsy. It's better to go with Walmarts duster brand.
Cheaply made. Duster doesnt stay on the handle well and the duster is not full with strips like I expectec for the price. Can get the same at Dollar Tree for $1.25.
Honestly, spray some Windex on a rag to dust . These Swiffer things work ok but I feel like I'm just putting more garbage in the landfill when I buy this type of thing and leaving a residue on what I am dusting. Cotton rags are cheap.
is shown with an extendable handle that it doesnt have.
I purchased two for the offer of receiving $10 Walmart cash. The Walmart cash did not not credit my account so I called customer service TWICE and was reassured that it would be added. I spoke with Michael and Mohammad. Advised, both times, that credit would be added within 24 hours. It's now been over a week and guess what... still no credit added to Walmart cash. If they can't honor THEIR offer, why advertise/offer. As far as customer service... what a joke and waste of time. The product itself is fine. I've used it for years... this is a review/complaint towards Walmart and their inability to honor their offers and seeming incompetent customer service. I am sure there are agents who are great... but 2 calls to them, reassuring that it would be complete in 24 hours... and nothing.
I thought when I purchased this item that this duster was much fuller/fluffier than the normal . Though I thought the 21.00 plus tax price was awfully high for two dusters and a short handle, the extra fluff would be a significant benefit in dusting. However, when I opened the package much to my disappointment these were no fluffier or fuller for heavier dusting. A true rip off is how I felt!
I've used these dusters for years and they used to be incredible. However, the new recent change reducing the fluff and adding the strips has been horrible. These new ones trap significantly less dust to the point where I have to wipe the same area with a rag after. They also barely catch hair which is a massive pain when pet hair is a huge part of what I use these for. The old dusters used to work amazingly for pet hair. I'm very disappointed in the change and will be finding a different product to use if these are not changed back. I would not recommend these you will need to dust again after using them so they are a waste.
I thought this came with the 3' handle for that price. Stupidly ordered 2, my bad. That's just a 6" handle not the 3' handle that you can get with this.
