I had a cleaning service for the past ten years and when this expandable Swiffer came on the market it became one of my most valued cleaning tools. It does everything thing that the commercials tell you it will do. It's great for dusting pictures, the top of fan blades, the top of refrigerators, cornices, crown molding, bottoms of furniture bases, baseboards, and I could go on and on about how I use it. It saves on pulling out a ladder and also bending down. You can also safely dust a television screen and pedestal without worrying about scratching them. I was disappointed that our local WalMart store didn't carry the expandable one. If you decide to try this product make sure that you buy the expandable Swiffer. It's very well wortg the couple extra dollars. Refills are easy to locate anywhere and depending on the length of time between dustings you really don't have to change them that frequently. I would highly recommend this product.
This was my first time to use swiffer dusters. Won't be my last! The dust, dust bunnies, pet hair, ashes, whatever - ALL sticks tightly to the duster and doesn't leave parts of it to go flying around and land someplace else. It costs more to use a swiffer than other dusting products, but I have to admit that it's worth it.
I have been using the product for a while. First bought to dust the restaurant I used to manage because we had a lot of high up display items in the dining room. Just bought another one for my house to clean Ceiling Fans, Window Blinds, TV and other hard to get at high up stuff. It's nice that the pads are electro statically-charged to hold and trap dust. The extending and pivoting wand is excellent. It also comes with 3 refill dust pads. I just vacuum off the pads after each use and that makes them last a long time. Well worth the little money this costs.
Considering Morty & wife are on tv constantly, I couldn't believe I had to order online. Worth it, though, for cleaning hi and delicate. Can Swiffer explain why, however, you can't get the 360-degree refills, only the one-siders? They're shoddier and obviously cheaper to manufacture, but if you think I'm buying a whole new wand every time you're nuts. I'll make my own first...
wasn't as easy to use at least for me as the videos showed and pretty pricey also. i don't know yet if i will keep ordering the refills to use it.
The new design 360 dusters are terrible. Doesn't dust like the original and just moves the dust around. I am highly disappointed with the new design.
I used these all of the time for dusting in between deep cleaning - loved them! Then you had to go and change them. They're terrible now. Those beads do nothing, but make the ends clump together and who wants them dragging across their nice furniture to begin with? Why do you people always choose to screw up a good product?
My pkg was covered in BLOOD when it was delivered. The post office said they received it like that. Totally unacceptable to send something covered in blood. Disgusting.
This extendable swiffer duster used to be awesome. I would last me at least a year without breaking. I have bought 4 in the past 2 months!!! That have all broken within 2 weeks of use in the exact same spot!!! I have to duct tape it together just to get through my day. I clean for a living and use your products as well as recommend them. I will now be looking for other products to use as yours have turned into junk. A 15.00 duster should not break within 2 weeks, 4 times in a row! Very disappointed in the decline of your product.
This duster isn't worth it. After 3 months the button stopped working and the duster base flops around. The reason I purchased this duster was for the locking mechanism that holds it in the same position. I've purchased 3 and eventually they all stop working.
