I love these so much. They work so well on getting down con webs, car hair during shedding season that sticks to the wall, and holds up really well. Handles normal Dusting just as well as heavily dust areas.

This item is like a dust magnet! I love the way they just “eat” the dust as you pass it over anything to collect those little dust bugs. I extend the wand and clean my ceiling fans…so easy. I just wish they were a little easier to slide on the wand. I also use them without the wand for some things.

I find these useful for hard to reach areas but they certainly do not fluff out as full and round as the pic on the pkg..price is ok could be better for the lack of full exs

I like the old ones. The strips in these take away from the yellow “fuzz”. They don't cover as much territory as the plain old yellow ones!

Don't waste your money on this product. THE WORST! They are cheaply made and ineffective. Very little fluffy yellow duster and the strips are decorative but useless. Not as pictured on the box. A waste of money!

I love Swiffer dusters! They make my life and cleaning so much easier. With that said, the “new improved” dusters that are in the same box labeled heavy duty, Are far from that! The old ones were full and fluffy, the new dusters are small and flimsy! Because of their flimsy size, when you dust the plastic handle that holds the duster on is scraping against the furniture because they push through the duster, or the lack of. Not at all impressed. Absolute trash. I spent a good amount of time to find a refill that was both unscented and heavy duty. This product is neither. Warning for scent sensitive individuals, these reek of synthetic fragrance. In addition, it is not heavy duty and also rips when trying to place on the wand. Money down the drain for me as I can't use due to scent. Swiffer, don't bother with an AI generated apology just make a better product that is true to your advertising.

These dusters definitely do not look like the picture after opening and fluffing. I've loved Swiffer dusters, mops, etc. and throughly enjoyed using all the products throughout the years. I've been using the heavy duty since they were introduced to replace the original thinner blue ones. I've also been using all the Swifter products since they were first marketed because they have made cleaning so much easier. The supposedly “new improved” dusters are not like the other ones that were fuller and more fluffy. The new design doesn't look anything like the picture on the box after you have to manually tear the white strips with the blue dots apart on both sides which is deceiving. The new colored strips aren't cut all the way down to the middle like the yellow ones are. They don't have the significance for dusting or collect anything compared to original ones. Basically, you're using the thinner blue version for the higher price. You have ruined a great product! I am so disappointed after using them. I definitely wouldn't have bought them if I'd known what was inside. I have my groceries delivered so I assumed from the picture in the ad they were the same. I've been using your mops and pads since they were introduced. The pads are definitely not made as well as they used to be either. The Velcro strips come loose or off on a lot of them and the floor part of the pad center strip falls apart during use. We've recently added wood floors. I use your products for them too. I'm 71 and I have been using all of your products since they were introduced. Everything costs so much more now and the quality of the products are so cheaply made. That's what is so ridiculously frustrating.
