Swiffer Mop & Go XL Wet Refills, Unscented, 12 Count

These wet XL Swiffer pads save time and cost because of their larger size. They clean well on my tile and engineered wood floors. They save some cost by turning them over when one side gets dirty and mopping with the other clean side. In so doing I get twice the use out of one pad. If the pad gets dry, I use a cleaning spray to remoisten the pad.

I discovered these during the quarantine. With everyone at home, my tile floors had to be mopped almost daily. I typically use a steam mop at least once a week to cut down on germs, but with the XL Swiffer, I can dash through about 1,000 sq. ft in 15 minutes. I love it! But the XL Swiffer refills have been hard to find and are bit pricey for everyday use.

Purchased these after buying the extra large swiffer. Just like the regular size ones they work well. I was confused however that they each came individually packaged but I think it might have been to use the same size container? The pads are folded over in the package. I am not sure they are as "wet" as the regular size ones. I ended up opening all the packages and putting into the regular size container because any left over liquid cleaner I like to put in the next container keeping the pads nice a wet. Over all think it is a great product.

The wet mop is great for quick clean up, or daily high traffic areas. I hoped it would stay a lil more damp while mopping however bc the cleaning pads sit in a solution to keep the cleaning pads you have to ring them out some before using, or it will make a mess with the cleaning solution.

Some of the boxes arrived smushed, so it would have been difficult if I needed to return anything. It was also problematic because the swiffer wipes that had the cleaning solution in the box was leaking out of the box onto my floor before I even opened the main box the items arrived in.

The Swiffer pads are convenient since they come in two sizes and are ready to mop the floor (or wall, for that matter). But, come on, folks, can't you make a container that doesn't leak so easily? Every time I order this for delivery, it leaks and soaks through the shipping carton and onto anything else delivered with it. And the smell isn't the most pleasant (white vinegar, maybe?). The person who packaged the two XL containers did put them into a plastic bag, but it still somehow managed to leak.

These XL Swiffer Wet Cloths perform well. They clean my floors satisfactorily. However, I’m getting tired of the scent in these XL cloths. They come in only one scent and the scent is starting to give me headaches. My son can’t stand the smell. It would be nice if Swiffer would make another scent, or even an Unscented XL wet cloth.

Ordered Unscented (delivered) and received a soggy, reeking package containing Fresh, the very scent I was trying to avoid by ordering Unscented. Plastic lid was cracked and the corner seal lifted. Not a great introduction to online ordering.
