Very happy I made this purchase, & despite poor packaging, it works just fine. I used it on my laminate flooring with no issues & it really did a great job since the last time I had tried one of these. Easy to put together & leaves a nice clean scent after use.
The Swiffer WetJet Surface Cleaner Refill lavender and vanilla scent, is absolutely amazing. I love the smell of fresh cleaned floors especially when I used chemical cleaners before but this comfort smell brought a whole other feeling to my home and my kids loved the smell it left.
This is a great "go to" mop for quick in between cleanings. It is easy to assemble and a good deal if purchasing from Sam's. It is not for mopping up big spills. It is for a quick surface clean. I like how it swivels around hard to reach places like behind the toilets. However, it does push dust up against the base boards. I have a steamer mop that does a super job, but the Swiffer is lighter and serves its purpose. Overall, I like it.
I bought a new wet jet to replace my old one that was probably 10-15 years old. I used the new one maybe 4 times (on a small area) and it already doesn't work. The cleaner still has liquid, I replaced the batteries, and nothing. Everything new is crap.
Purchased 2 wet jets. The first in January of 2024. It was used as directed; mopping a small kitchen floor a few times a month. Purchased the 2nd wet jet in August of 2025. Both products stopped working this month (February 2026). After hours of troubleshooting, I've concluded that the motor no longer works in the first product, and the second product must have been I lemon, as there is a complete power failure (no lights, no motor), despite having brand new batteries. I am dissatisfied, to say the least. Being the massive conglomerate they are, I'm wondering how P&G plans to amend this problem.
I am very disappointed in the Swiffer WetJet. My first WetJet quit working due to the motor and now so has the second one. This time again, it's the motor. I tried new batteries, and even cleaned out the spray nozzles. But it just won't work anymore. I think it's only 4-5 months old.The last couple times I used it, the motor sounded like it was “dragging” or just not working right. And now, I can't use my spare pads & cleaning solutions. Is there anything you can do?
This product sucks. I purchased the wet jet mop. I used it maybe two or three times it stopped working. For the price I paid, it should be a reliable product. I have wood floors and told this is the best product to use. So very disappointing.
Purchased a wet jet less than a year ago. The sprayer never did work well. Changed the batteries and now it doesn't work at all. Tried to return to the store but was told to contact company. Can't find a contact number. Reading other reviews seems to be a common problem.
I brought this during black Friday sale for around $18.48. the item was shipped, got it, pretty easy to install, put in the batteries, put in the liquid cleaner and tried to turn it on by pushing the button on the top of the handle. but nothing happened, the product did not turn on. thought the battery may be dead replaced with a new set of batteries but nothing worked. this was a dud on arrival . I would not recommend this product. I now have to go 13 to 15 miles to go the nearest Sams Club to return this. I don't know if they will honor the black Friday price if I try to exchange it for a new one at the store
I bought this 11 months ago, did not keep my receipt, and now it has quit. It does not spray. Such a waste. I do not recommend Swiffer WetJet mop at all.
