I ordered three items which totaled over the minimum $ amount to get free shipping. Because the items were shipped separately I was charged for shipping. Very much annoyed.

It's a great product for keeping up with my toddler's messes on our hardwood floors! It dries super fast without streaks, doesn't leave the floor tacky or slippery, and lasts for a good long while. My only complaint is that there does seem to be a very slow leak with about every other bottle I've had where I can't leave the bottle in the mop without it slowly leaking out of the mop. It's not a huge issue, just a minor annoyance on those days where it seems like I'm reaching for the mop every five minutes 😂

this cleans well without leaving residue. the con wound be that it smells terribly strong of chemicals, so much so that I can taste it even after I'm done.

I ordered 2 of these and received only one and one that I can't use, which is the WETJET ANTIBAC, so I need to return the one I can't use for a refund.

I've used this product for several years on my hardwood floors and it worked great. I purchase 2 new bottles of it and mopped my almost new solid laminate floors with it. The instructions say it's good for wood and laminate sealed floors. The shine is gone from my floors and it looks like some residue is smeared all over them. I've tried mopping with plain water but the floors look horrible. What has happened? Can they be fixed? We laid the floors ourselves but the materials alone were more than $4,000. Do you have any idea what's happened or what can be done to fix them?

I did not receive the item. I received the lavender bottle, and when I called about it, I was told I'd receive a text and I couldn't return the incorrect item to the store. I need an explanation as to why I did not get what I ordered. It did not say it had to be substituted.
