I tried this type of product for the 1st time, and was pleasantly surprised. Not exactly the real thing, but close enough. I followed the direction carefully, and used the milk for crepes. It was fine. I wouldn't like to drink it or for cereal though, as I'm used of the flavorful Fresh "Grass" Milk.

MIX IT CORRECTLY AND YOU WON'T KNOW IT WAS DRY.
I used this as emergency backup milk during COVID-19. If you mix it as directed, you will not be able to tell the difference between a full gallon of milk and this dry processed. It's very good. Expensive, but I didn't have to hit the stores during the dilemma.
