Good, but lifeguards on duty won't allow it
I am OK with this as it is decent for an inexpensive option, but lifeguards on duty will not allow it as it is "not a life saving device" apparently.

Caused Skin Rash
I tightened the vest as tight as I could. it continued to rise above my son's shoulders and rubbed against his face. This caused a terrible rash and bruise on his chin and jaw line. It made the skin crack and bleed. Absolutely ridiculous! It took over a week of creams, lotions, etc to heal up the area.

DO NOT BUY!
Awful life vest. Chaffed my twins' face so badly and it was so painful for them. I felt terrible. I read some reviews saying this was an issue and should have listened.

This rubbed my child raw, vest was put on correctly and it would not stop rubbing his face and now it's so raw.
