The material and construction makes it durable.easy to install,A gage is provided to monitor the pressure and a bleeder valve to release air that accumulates I’m very happy with this unit..

I can already see it changing my life this summer. I will be able to spend more time inside the pool than outside cleaning it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice durable cartridge filter that will last me a long time. It was very easy to put together and hook up to my sand filter. I'm using it as a secondary filter. I had to get some extra fittings to make it all work but I'm satisfied with the simple set up. It seems to do a really nice job of filtering out smaller debris. Since this is my first time using a cartridge filter, it will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

Honestly I thought for the cost of this replacement filter I would get great cleaning. Instead after several days of use, and trying to filter out all of the particles from the pool all this filter did was filter them back into the pool. Even the clumping of particles where broken down by the filter and pushed back into the pool water. In my honest opinion this filter is not worth the money or time. This filter definitely made me want to go back to DE filters. At least DE filtration saves time, money and will keep your pool sparkling no matter the use.
