I was sent a basketball hoop that someone had returned. The box was taped (both ends) with packing tape and when I removed the contents, part of the basketball hoop had been assembled (incorrectly) and one of the connectors was snapped. Returns should be inspected!
Pathetic instructions. 6 connection pieces are labeled as the same. 3 are shorter than the other 3. Makes a huge difference in putting item together. I believe the holes for the screws on my connecting pieces are on the wrong side as no matter what I do, I cannot make a decent cylinder unless I flip the them so the screws face out. (Instructions say screws should face in). Swimline needs to correct their instructions, making sure their pieces are properly labeled and that pre drilled holes are in the correct place. Wouldn't recommend buying.
Doesn't stay together, contacted seller and they want the item returned at current shipping rate (my own expense) and then they would resend the item. Not worth the hassle, just returning.
We either received the wrong pieces or this was very poorly made. The pieces did not make a Circles and we were not able to use it. We have returned it.
