Works perfectly

Wadsy101 May 15, 2014

After the reviews i read on this product i was a little apprehensive, But it did what it was made to do, as long as its lined up before you start it works great. Made enough pie filling apple slices for 10 pies in less than 15 min, hand peeling is in my past, as long as i have this. My table will not work for this cause of its design, But i put some shrink wrap on a chair seat, (to keep the juices out of the wood) and attach it there hand tight and it works great.

Needs more weight.

Schmelia March 10, 2013

I just wish there was more weight on the end where the fork is. I found it difficult to keep the machine from moving on that end.

Great little tool...

mommm4me October 25, 2014

This apple peeler worked really well. It works excellent on the crisp apples. The apples I had were a little too ripe and the peeler didn't work too well. That was my fault because I left them too long. I did have some crisper apples and the peeler zipped right through them. I would recommend this little tool. It works well and it doesn't cost a lot.

Amazing

Roadrunner October 20, 2016

I peeled, sliced, and cored 7 large apples in 5 minutes. When by hand it takes me more then a half hour. wish someone would have told me about a peeler long ago.

Apple Peeler

navyph October 10, 2010

Have used this peeler several times since purchase. It does everything its claims to be capable of doing. Needed 6 cups of apples peeled for cooking the other day, took less than 5 minutes from mounting time to cleaned up and stowed time. The only flaw detected was the lack of secure mounting available. Could definitely use a larger butterfly nut for tightening unit to a board/table.

Overall happy with my purchase

Anonymous December 18, 2023

Pretty nice item. It is built super Durable. Thou the clamp is too narrow to fit on a counter top. Peels a little too much, but I really don't care if, I have to peel a lot of potatoes. And it seems to peel small potatoes best. Tried peeling and coring apples and it works, but peels away too much apple, or not enough, but I will say if you need to peel and core alot of apples, I'd use this.. The blades are very sharp, and adjust very easily. Overall happy with my purchase. I do recommend it, if you have alot of potatoes or apples to process.

Does it job but messy.

FunnyDream September 1, 2010

Works great if you speed turn the nob. But makes a mess. If I'm doing 3+ apples I will use this. If I'm only doing 1. I will get out a knife. Mainly because of the mess that has to be cleaned up. The de-corer is ok. But the apple is a cut in a spiral like a ham.

clamp-on apple peeler

george5 November 8, 2012

The clamp on part works well, but the pealer really does not it either takes too much apple or skips half the apple and only peeles some of it. Not worth the money. I tried all the ajustments with no sucess. Don't buy this one. Very dissapointed

Not happy at the moment.

Flustered November 2, 2022

The outside box was in good shape. The product box was in bad shape, mashed and torn. I purchased the peeler for a gift so we haven't tried it yet. The packing slip also had a shipping and handling fee of $699.00! Waiting to hear from the company.
