Swing-N-Slide NE 4433-SUM Pioneer Deluxe DIY Play Set Hardware Only Kit with Slide, Includes Hardware, Swings and Slide - Wood Not Included

My kids love it! Was not the easiest thing to build but has good instructions including an extra space on the far end of the swing. The photo has a rode climb but it is not included in the instructions or kit. Slide is two pieces but went together well so you don't fell it going down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snow, cold, ❄️and can't be outside. This slide was ordered on a Friday and arrived (FedX) on Tuesday! It was ordered from the company site (out of stock on my usual ordering site). Our 4 and 6 year olds love ❤️ this slide (installed indoors) that was added to their already “cool basement play area”. Wish we had it sooner. We chose this (one piece) slide due to higher stability compared to a sectional. Kids are rough on playground equipment.

The cost of the materials that are not included, almost doubles the total expense for the swing set. This is not a one-person job. I would recommend three People minimum, to assemble the main frame. We added a 6 ft long climbing rope do the end of the swing. The kids love it.

supposed to come with a slide , a box with parts for building the swing set satisfied with BUT THE SLIDE NEVER CAME , one week later still trying to get slide from the company. Very slow to respond to email, two days later and email says we respond shortly, another two days and nothing finally after 6 days from my original email send them proof. Sent and now 8 days later no response. Poor service.

its good but the plastic gets way too hot in the sun so my daughter can only play on it in morning and evening.

I am building this right now. Seems like a decent kit. Instruction manual severely lacking. The printed manual that came in the box is different than the one on the website. The printed manual has different figure numbers and does not have a section about how to attach the deck. Also, the wood cutting section is not well thought out. It asks for a 2x6x10 and then you have 3 feet of waste. Why would it not have a 2x6x8 for those cuts? Also, the 2x6x12 required piece has 3ft of waste. Why not require a 2x6x10?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this kit a month or so ago and it has taken us a minute to get to it. We just realized the backing plates for the slide were not included so now we have to wait for a replacement part to put this togeather.

Instruction were missing a critical step and had miss prints. I was not able to get anyone to contact me from customer service number or social media site. This was very frustrating while trying to assemble.

The instructions are hard to follow !

The package was not completely delivered. Missing items and was told by unit provider they would send another package. We never heard back and nothing was delivered. I will never buy from Walmart delivery again period
