Swing-N-Slide Timberview Wooden Backyard Swing Set with Two Yellow Wave Slides, Wood Roof, Swings, and Monkey Bars

Like the two different slides so you can accomodate a wider age range. The monkey bars are reallyl good they would have liked them to be longer length but are enjoying them. We were able to add a toddler swing easily. Not terrible to assemble but my husband and son have construction experience. Seems sturdy.

The swingset is nice. It was well assembled but one of the planks were cracked during assembly. Overall, we were pleased but wished it had been communicated about the split plank when it was over tightened.

Giving this a positive review because the swingset itself is amazing and Swing N Slide’s customer service was very nice. HOWEVER….the shipping company that is used to deliver this is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Y’all stop using Tforce. That pallet with our stuff didn’t move until I hounded tforce. Swing N Slide helped and gave tracking and PO numbers. Again the swing set itself is amazing and assembly was clear and my husband did it himself. The delivery though was insane.

The product met my expectations . Sturdy and nice . However , the delivery was a headache! I ultimately had to figure out how to pick it up myself 1.5 away, in order for my kids to open it on Christmas ! They attempted to deliver a 9 ft, 500ib box with one driver who “needed help “ with no forewarning for me to even make sure my husband was available! He came down a residential neighborhood in a 18wheeler box truck blocking traffic ! Then they told me i could not get a refund for the $100 delivery fee I was charged . BS

The swings did not have the correct number of holes drilled into the top for it to actually be a working swingset. I put in a email and voicemail to the company as recommended and have not gotten a response for two weeks. I can't complete the project.

This item is cheap and thin. It shifts all over the place when the kids swing. I don't think it will last long. The assembly service that Walmart sells is very expensive and not great either. I spent two days trying to fix the issues and make the playset stable.

This was so challenging to put together for so many reasons. First, the directions are not clear at all and often make you redo sections that it said to already assemble. Next, we had to drill in so many of our own holes because the company didn’t do it . It also was missing a lot of the screws/nails. The whole thing took a week to put together, 6-8 hours a day with two people. We wouldn’t have purchased it if we knew we had to drill our own holes and provide our own screws/nails.

Was charged and never received after 5 delivery dates! This has been a nightmare trying to get refunded! Can't even find the location of play set but can't refund me until It's located…. What!!!!

I’m disappointed that we waited almost a month for this to get delivered only to have to cancel the order; neither the seller nor the shipping company could give any details about when it would ship…and that’s after waiting nearly four weeks….Walmart app indicated it would arrive within about two weeks but of course the delivery date came and went, twice…all the while telling my kids it would be arriving any day. I’m not sure where the mishap occurred but figured I’d leave a review so no one else wastes their time or money.
