Going up the stairs is easy for him but coming down was difficult. This slide exceeded all expectations and the entire family thoroughly enjoys it! Not to mention anyone who comes over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Snow, cold, ❄️and can’t be outside. This slide was ordered on a Friday and arrived (FedX) on Tuesday! It was ordered from the company site (out of stock on my usual ordering site). Our 4 and 6 year olds love ❤️ this slide (installed indoors) that was added to their already “cool basement play area”. Wish we had it sooner. We chose this (one piece) slide due to higher stability compared to a sectional. Kids are rough on playground equipment.

Worked Great, kids loving it off the deck

It was a task to put together, but it was well worth it. our boys love it and it's a great addition to their playground

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The walls of the slide are thinner than I expected, but seem to be quite sturdy. I combined a 5 foot and a 7 foot slide (pieces of each) to fit a 9ft deck. I had to add more braces for stability, but it is working quite well. The slide was not too difficult to put together, even with my modifications. Be aware that the spiral of the 5ft slide is tighter than the 7ft.

Ordered 21 days ago and had to pay extra for shipping. Still not installed because. 1st, important parts missing. 2nd, parts not labeled as identified on instructions. Now 3rd, supplier cannot even identify what part is needed after I sent pictures as requested.

Plastic is not strong. We had multiple issues, asked for a refund and it was denied. The slide cracked in several places, eventually it broke into pieces. When I contacted the company the first time they admitted they were having manufacturing issues. I assumed they would stand behind their product, they did not. Now I am left with no slide and a broken slide I have to dispose of.
