Swiss Tech Beilwerk Multi-Tool Hatchet with Integrated Tool System, No-Slip Silicone Grip, Green

I absolutely love the fact it is so light weight, its perfect even for my wife to use. The handle is so durable you dont even need gloves because it wont slip out of my hands.

Wasn't expecting this from Swiss Tech, but this is a great value for the price. Picked this up to keep in my car. Used it a handful of times while camping. Really like the overall weight and size. Wouldn't want to take down a tree with it, but for splitting small pieces of wood for a fire it's great. Time will tell how well the edge will hold.

I bought this as a Father's Day gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. It has a great rugged look out of the box and feels incredibly sturdy.

I use this hatchet everyday to help cut wood into smaller pieces for my camp fire and it does amazing also helps with the pick on the back to break up roots in my area too.

This hatchet is better than was expected. The balance in my hand feels really good, and the handle is made of a good, strong material. This will come in handy when I need to chop small branches and split small pieces of wood. I highly recommend.

Overall, the Swiss Tech Multi-Tool Hatchet is a great tool to have. I really like the brown leather sheath and built-in knife compared to the version sold in the stores. The hatchet is comfortable in the hand and easy to get a secure grip with the silicone grip. It's a great tool for chopping or even digging, but it isn't the best hatchet for splitting wood. But that isn't what it was really designed to do. The included fero rod is nice and works, but I am a bit concerned that it may get lost over time. However, the fero rod isn't the reason why I bought this hatchet.

A little smaller head for a hatchet that I like, more of a tomahawk than a hatchet. The build quality is top notch, and all pieces are well made and thought out. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is that it really is a tomahawk, not a hatchet.

For the price, it is good quality. small inconvenient but sturdy enough to use for multiple things..

There Needs to be a Place for the fire striker. Perhaps a pouch on the sheath or in the handle. Alos it would be great if there was a place for fire tinder, or a fire starter.

A beautiful thing to hold, but although I thought it would sliver wood for kindling, the hatchet head is not joined to the handle in a wedge and the wood cut gets stopped at the place the blade joins the handle. If not wanted to split anything, a lovely tool.
