SWISSGEAR 21 Spinner 6283 13.5 x 20 x 7.5

I own 3 Swissgear carry-on bags. 2 are the scion and one is an older model. I also have multiple Swissgear backpacks. The newer Swissgear products appear/feel as lower quality than previous products. I had to warranty one of my new Scion Carry-on spinner bags with this one. The warranty process wasn't too bad. Just a lot of email/messages back and forth with photos.

Nice carry on luggage, very light, easy to wheel around with minimal effort. Could use extra pockets, like for a drink bottle, and any other travel odds one may carry with.

After 20+ years, it was time to retire my SwissGear luggage. It served me so well over the years; however, the replacement did not disappoint, and I love the new color-Evergreen.

The carry-on bag has good quality and holds a lot. A big plus is the fact that it easily fits in the overhead bin. A great overall bag to supplement the larger checked bags.

I bought this carry-on spinner about a year ago. Great bag. Able to fit at least a week's worth of clothes. I had a problem with the telescoping handle. I reached out to customer service and they quickly shipped me a new one. Great customer service. They stand behind their products.

Disappointed in the way the handle fails to lock when fully extended, also sent in a request for information on obtaining a replacement handles assembly for my previous SWISSGEAR suitcase that last lasted me 6 years of weekly air travel! Unfortunately, I have not received a response to date. This leads me to doubt the current quality and customer service/support. I'd like for someone to reach out to me

Not too. much to brag on from this bag. I've only used it once so far. It seems to hold all my things so the space and capacity seems fine. The issues start with the handle seems to be a bit flimsy. The worst part is that it always seems to roll crooked. Which is super frustrating while zipping in and out of airports. I will be giving it one more chance and hopefully it goes well.

Great size for a bag however, my first one had to be returned because the handle wouldn't go down all the way and the wheel action was terrible. Not smooth and would get stuck. They were great about replacing it and now the new one has the same wheel issue and doesn't roll smoothly in the direction I want to go and I'm constantly kicking it back into position while I'm walking. This is happening on my very first use of it. UGH

horrific customer service. I purchased a suitcase and promptly returned it. It has been exhausting chasing Swissgear to even return the item. Now that I have returned the product I am now going through the same painful process of trying to get a refund. The product wasn't used. I simply thought I was buying another product.

I purchased this suitcase from Amazon. It last 3 months before it no longer rolled properly. It became unusable They replaced it with a new one that did not roll correct from minute one. The run sideways and cannot be used to roll down a airplane isle. The worst carryon I have ever owned.
