Love the Sion spinner bag, rolls easy, has a telescoping handle, well balanced AND holds alot. Love the 2 outside pockets and the 2 netted pockets inside, and the wet bag that is removable and snapped in place. Nice zipper on front that locks. Can't find a bag that I like better. Both my hubby and I love this bag, wish everything was engineered and designed to work and function the way this bag is. As airline workers we travel ALOT and see tons of bags and I haven't found one I like better.

Haven't used the luggage yet but a duplicate piece we used and liked months ago. Our major and I mean MAJOR complaint was your warranty process is a complete disaster. We put a warranty claim as a similar piece we bought had a defective spinner which made pulling the luggage in a straight line impossible. It took us months to resolve a simple claim and the lines of communication were horrible. So much so that I'm reluctant to buy another product from Swissgear. It was an exhausting experience. Too bad because I think your products are overall good.

This replaces the same one I had. It seems to be built as well as the other one. SWISSGEAR made it very easy to replace. I highly recommend it. My old one had a zipper failure but it did make a lot of trips overseas and in the USA.

After reading many reviews I selected the large fabric suitcase. Unfortunately I auto selected the wrong address. Customer service was quick to respond and sent me another to the correct address ASAP - and it was my fault. Kudos!!

We bought this recently and really love it lightweight but durable love all of the extras inside. We travel a lot I think the suitcase we replaced it weighed at least twice as much.

I was looking for a bigger bag and found it in this Swissgear bag. I love the many zippered pockets it has and it seem very sturdy. The 360 rotating wheels are helpful and seem strong. The outside of the bag is strong and a good fabric.

The material is durable, love the room and the spinner wheels.

I haven't used this yet but it is very nice and sturdy. One thing I was disappointed with is that the medium suitcase which I already had does not nest inside the large suitcase.
