the Cary On looks bigger on the website than it actually is which is a letdown. I guess it's one of the issues of online shopping. Second I already owned a carry On from this brand and the handle was the issue it broke on the very first trip. The company did an amazing job in replacing my broken carry on with a new one (thus the four stars). I decided to upgrade from what I had paid the difference and got what I think is supposed to be a better model but I am very concerned with the handle on this one as well. It looks and feels frail which makes no sense that other parts of the carry on are almost bulletproof (kidding) and the piece of the carry on that is used the most so so weak.

Terrible customer service. Won't respond back to my emails or phone calls. Submitted a warranty claim for my suitcase breaking after 1 year of limited use. Finally got the credit from the claim to purchase a new one and it took a week to get an email saying this bag has been oversold. They issued me a refund but not for the credit I used and I am still out of a bag.
