All of the above was to my satisfaction. The only weird thing was that it was delivered and placed on my concrete sidewalk, just as is. It was not in a box or a bag. Just the backpack placed on the ground. It was good that I was home and took it inside within a short time of delivery. If it had rained it would have been a different story. Anyway… why no packaging??
Works great for what I need. I am a musician that carries two laptops, lots of cables and other stuff, and this has the right amount of room for me. The images show that you can have a laptop and tablet in the back, but there is enough room for laptops to fill both of those pouches, and enough space that you could put stuff in between if you needed.
You can never go wrong with a Swissgear backpack. The Quality and durability is unmatched and they’re always innovating. Loads of pockets and super roomy as always. There’s a reason they’ve been around for so long. Another great purchase, highly recommend.
High quality backpack. Just the right size and the right amount of pockets for a daily backpack as well as for travel. The Blueberry color is nice and dark with blacked out logo. Looks very high end.
Great Backpack! Great storage options, plenty of pockets, lots of room. Laptop is secured in its own spot with additional spot for an iPad. High strength zippers, good quality construction. Secret pocket in back for valuables, etc. Very impressed!
The zipper where laptop goes in, I suggest not to go all the way to bottom of backpack so laptops don't damage the zipper area needs reinforcement on bottom and shorten the zipper
ordered it yesterday got it today the only thing is the delivery guy or woman put it right in front of the door I was not able to get out of the house lol thank you for sending it out fast
I totally enjoy Swissgear backpacks this is the second one I have purchased. They are well made and given any choice I still pick the SWISSGEAR backpack.
All I can say is, I don't believe the bag is engineered correctly. There is a compartment that is you know thick foam and the straps attached to that and then that whole piece of foam on zips and you have a whole compartment and you can actually lay on the ground which I do like about it because you can be out camping somewhere and flip the bag open and now you have somewhere to sit down so if it was maybe engineered a little bit better and there was more of an area to sit down, maybe using the bottom part of the bag it would be a little bit better, but the main problem is the zipper. The zipper keeps creeping up the side and then gets past if it gets past the the strap which, even if it's strapped, it's still open if it gets past that strap if I move or the bag shifts, and that zipper goes past it, it goes all the way around and the backflips open and all the contents in the back fall out onto the ground.
The backpack began to rip within the first few weeks and the main zipper would not stay zipped. Plus the warranty team made me jump through so many hoops including cutting off labels and upc codes to tape and snail mail in. Definitely not an experience I will be experiencing again.
