I bought this set over a month ago and am so happy with it so far. I travel for work every week. I have to fly some and these are great! I do not have to worry about them tearing like soft luggage! I Love Them!

Just because it has a Swiss Mark logo doesn't mean it's got Swiss May quality. It's basically a product made in Asia someplace buying the Swiss name or vice versa. It works if all you need is basic piece of luggage that might or might not get you where you want to go

Handles are too short on all three sizes. They should be at least 6-8 inches longer. No sufficient inner compartments. In other words too simple inside. Regardless outside materials are sturdy enough and look good.

This company removes two of the suitcases from the set and only send the larger size. I reordered thinking it was a mistake but both times the two inner pieces of luggage were removed. The website description and box both listed the items as a three piece set. Stay away from this vendor. Walmart did accept the returns.

Only recieeved the large suitcase and not the other two . Returned to Walmart but they acted like my husband took them. Clearly a problem after reading other reviews.

This review is for the lack of customer service. I received this piece of luggage on 1/29/2025. I opened box lifted it out and realized it was too heavy for me. Never even opened it. Immediately tried to return sent the requested 3 photos of tags attached and 21/2 weeks later haven't heard a word about return authorization. And I am paying shipping.

The inside zipper broke the first time I used it. Also color isn't accurate. This item is sage green

Missing piece poor quality

I ordered a 3 piece luggage set, sand color. When it arrived there was only 1 suitcase in the box, and it was the wrong color. I'm returning it.
