SwissTech 28" Urban Trek Softside Checked Luggage, Black (Walmart Exclusive)

My family and I don't travel much but when we do we usually go far, like out of the country far. Most of the time we have to do layover. Which means rough handling of luggage from one plane to another. This luggage is great for all of that, it is very strong material, easy to pull, push and drag, has Great features like extra storage, a compartment for storing wet clothes, USB port, and TSA approved integrated lock. Wheels are 360 degrees spinners which is what makes it easy to handle. It's small enough to use as carry on but can definitely be put in the back with the rest of the luggage. The olive green color is great, won't get dirty as quick as other lighter colors, the handle can be adjusted to 3 different levels. It's awesome!

My husband works out of town a lot and it's been horrible trying to find a suitcase in which I can fit both his uniforms, overnight cloths, laptop, and other supplies he will need during his time away. Nothing seems to be large enough, has enough pockets, is compact or can lock all at the same time. However, the SwissTech Urban Trek 20” Upright fits all these requirements. Upon receiving this, I was very impressed with the locking mechanism (which I had to set up and, of course, ensure that it does keep the main part of the case locked). It was easy to set up and use, but the only zipper that is capable of locking is the two that open the main part of the case. Therefore, everything of value should be back there, rather than the front. The front of the case has plenty of storage for larger items. There is one zipper that only opens to an expansion for the back compartment. In the main storage compartment, I was able to pack four days worth of uniforms, underclothing, and nightwear for my husband. He is very tall and larger in size, so that took up a lot of room. His laptop was an easy fit in the opposite side. There is a drawstring back and 2 small zippered pouches in the main side of the large storage compartment and on the opposite side there is a zippered pouch. Very nice suitcase!

So, admittedly, it has been a decade (maybe two) since I have purchased luggage! I just kind of thought luggage is luggage- it is a box on wheels! But I was wrong! This suitcase is insane with a ton of fancy upgrades and stuff! The wheels GLIDE in any direction. Seriously- smooth as silk no matter how heavy or what is in the suitcase. I really like that the suitcase will expand all the way around to allow me to bring home souvenirs and what not- I just have to make myself only pack it full without the expansion! The last I knew you could not lock your luggage but all the paperwork says the locks on this are TSA approved (woo hoo). That is neat. There are pouches inside for wet and dirty stuff (very nice). I also really like the front pockets for my special “stuff” that does not go in my carry on. There are super sturdy handles on top and one side- very strong and sturdy. The telescopic handle is very nice as well- it locks at different levels even. There is also a cute little pocket on the side with a USB cord so I can put a power bank in there so that when the plane lands I can plug in and charge while shuttling! Very, very nice piece of luggage- definitely recommend!

My luggage has not been updated in years, and the Swiss Tech Urban Trek 20" Spinner piece is the perfect new addition. It's small enough to carry on an airplane but roomy enough to hold enough clothes for a weekend for an "over packer" like myself! The Swiss Tech suitcase is made of premium fabric that will withstand being thrown around at baggage claim. I personally love the olive color, which is stylish, but also easy to find in a sea of black bags. The bag has 8 wheels with 360 degree spinners for easy maneuverability. It also has a 2 inch expansion space that zips around the front of the bag. The bag has 3 interior compartments and comes with a wet bag and removable shoe pouch. It also has the TSA compatible zippers. It's lightweight but durable. Overall, I really like this piece of luggage.

I love it, but it will not work for under the seat on all airlines. I'm flying Southwest airlines and it will not fit underneath. My error for not paying enough attention when I ordered. So, I have ordered a smaller one and will be returning it even though I love it. It is organized very well. The zipper on mine is a bit stiff going around the corners. I don't know if it's just mine or all. Maybe a little WD 40 would take care. I'm not using that because I am returning it. I'm flying Southwest because they do not charge for luggage, saving at least $100 per person. AND - they are leaving the middle seats empty helping with social distancing.

No need to put it together all you do is open it up it's ready to go . This luggage comes in the color olive with some black on it. It's a decent color, it help maintained clean . I like how this luggage even though it hs plenty of space and pockets it isn't the heavy.  Even if it get super heavy after you have al your items in there you dont need to worried about carrying it around it also comes with 360 wheels on it. This luggage also has With three upright spinners in 28 inch, 24 inch, and 20 inch sizes, as well as a 16 inch under seater that helps provide plenty of options to place your items.  It also comes with an extendable handle it can be pulled along behind you or it even has a handle on the sude to grab if you like to carry it yourself.  It also comes with oversized wet pouch and removable shoe bag that lets you keep your dirty clothes and shoes separate. That to me is very important because no one wants to mix there dirty clothing with the clean. It also with a lock on it which I love very much, helps me protect my more valuable stuff in there.  Another thing that i love is it comes with a USB and a place to keep my cellphone safe . I honestly love everything about this swiss tech Urban Trek 20 Soft Side Luggage, in the color olive.  I love how its made out of great material.  Material that will last a long time. Very sturdy and strong to hold up all my shoes,clothing and accessories.  This is perfect for me, i will be looking forward to buying one for my husband.  I also love  the fact they have different size just in case you need a bigger size.  I honestly recommend this to everyone. It's great and very helpful for when you travel.

I love this luggage. It's what I need. Beautiful color, great material. It's beautiful and looks better than the picture. I will definitely recommend it . I chose the green one, I am in love.

I researched well before buying this brand of luggage with the carry-on. Upon a short 3 day trip by car, it tore on the bottom handle when lifting it upon the luggage rack in the hotel room. Very disappointed. Doesn't appear SwissTech USA has a way to contact them either about the "15 year warranty".

I want very much to rate this item 5 Stars, but on my first use, the secondary handle (the one on the bottom of the suitcase between the wheels) tore. I had it loaded to about 38 lbs, so well within the bags weight limit. I have been absolutely stymied in my attempts to contact Customer Service for SwissTech about how to file a warranty claim. I'm hoping someone at SwissTech Customer Service is monitoring these comments and can help me out!

I ordered it two times never got the right color and I went to several stores that said they had the suitcase got there and it was not it I give up and went with a different brand
