SwissTech Excursion 21" Hardside Rolling Upright Carry-On - Charcoal

Great suitcase with large capacity at a great price. I have been looking for a nice, larger suitcase to replace our old Samsonites. Everything else seemed so cheaply made and so expensive. I came across this Swiss Tech suitcase for a steal and figured I would try to out. I ended up ordering several because of the price. Hopefully they will hold up for several years of happy travel!

I was worried after receiving it since it's made of ABS, but I've used it a few times and it has been sturdy. For the price, I don't think you can get a better one. Pros: * It has plenty of room and it's expandable by up to 2" * Though it's made of ABS, it's sturdy. At least I haven't managed to dent or crack it * It has a TSA lock and the telescopic handle feels nice and sturdy * Additional pockets for small items and a pair of sandals * I haven't found any issues yet with the wheels Cons: * It's a bit bigger than a hand luggage, so you can't use it as carry-on * The zippers could have better quality * The pockets inside are pretty small, you can't even fir a deodorant straight

This is the BEST checked luggage I have bought. I do a lot of travel and this completely met my needs. Strong, VERY spacious, easy to roll when fully loaded.

It appears as though it's going to do the trick, though I won't be putting it to the test for a couple months. What attracted me was the corrugated casing, which should add strength overall. Without naming names, there were reviews of other brands mentioning that the case would crack easily. Check the reviews and you can easily pick up on a trend.

I ordered this online but when it got here it was clear it was going to be too large for our purpose so ended up returning it to the store. There was nothing to dislike about it or the reviews I read. But: It looked very solid and the other reviews were good so I ordered the next size down.

Amazing suitcase. Have traveled with it to over 8 countries in 6 months including a couple of safari and camping trips. Bag survived unscathed. Only concern is it is slightly bigger than some international airlines' carryon baggage specifications - but not by a lot.

For the price it's really good suitcase for a quick trip. The wheels seems sturdy enough that it will glide smoothly across carpet and concrete. The handle doesn't wobble but may be loose over time. The best part of it is the built in TSA lock and built in charger thing (battery not included) Cons: Doesn't have laptop section.

Nice luggage overall. Good size for traveling multiple days. Love the color because it does show scratches after rough handling by the baggage crew. The ONLY thing I do not like is that it has a slight dip near the handle when it is packed full. I have another luggage piece that is larger like this one, and the quality does not show the dipped/curve by the handle because it is harder and does cave to the fact that it's packed full.
