SwissTech Executive 29" 8-Wheel Softside Luggage, Black

TSA approved lock, charging cable, lots of zipped pockets for organization, 360 degree spinning wheels are some of the features that make the Swiss Tech Executive spinner a fantastic buy. I have owned a lot of carry on pieces of luggage. This one is certainly ranked above the others. The fabric is easier to wipe and heavy duty. The wheels move with ease. I'm really looking forward to using this on my next trip. Also pockets, pockets, pockets! A wet pocket for swim items. A removable accessory pouch. Also multi purpose front and side pockets. It's a dream come true!

I have a carry on luggage, but for some reason, it seems like it is a lot smaller than other carry on luggages I have a seen. I want a full sized carry because carry ons are already small and limited, I don't want one that is limiting me even more! The brand SwissTech has been around forever and is known to be reliable plus I have had a large luggage piece from them that I used for over 15 years before it finally broke and I think 15 years is quite a long time for a luggage that I have used many times. With the Swiss Tech Executive 20", 4-Wheel Spinner Luggage, I want to start off with talking about the feature that is my favorite part of the luggage, but was a bit confusing on how to use it when I first saw it. The USB port. It is a little confusing because there's no explanation on how to use it, so I hope I can help a little. The USB wire inside the luggage is for you to plug in a battery pack (Not included with the luggage.) and how you charge your devices is that you need another USB wire that you will connect to a USB port located on the outside of the luggage. Because the port site is black, it is camouflaged with the luggage and it took me a few minutes to find it, so I posted a photo that will hopefully help you find it easier. I have seen luggages with this feature, but is my first time owning one and I am super excited to have one. I tested it out and it works well! Yes, at the airport, there are plenty of places to charge devices, but what is more convenient than charging it through your luggage where ever and when ever you decide to, plus, you do not have to fight other people over charging stations. The wheels roll very smoothly. I like that the handle has multi-level telescoping so that different people in my family can use it. I was able to pack everything I need for a 3 day trip. It is spacious with lots of pockets, which I love! Makes organizing so much easier! On top of all this, there is a 2 inch zip around expansion feature which I can use if I need a little more room, or just zip it up if I don't need it. The size is perfect for a carry on, of course everyone wants something bigger, but keep in mind, any bigger will risk not being able to fit it in the overhead bins of the aircraft, so to me, it is perfect.

This is a review of the Swiss Tech Executive 20", 4-Wheel Spinner Luggage. It is a small black suitcase, the size of your standard carry-on luggage, and is said to be approved by most airlines for carrying on-board the plane. The quality seems to be very good and sturdy. My favorite feature is for sure the 360-degree swiveling wheels. There are actually eight wheels - each wheel is a double wheel for extra thickness - so you can move it while it is standing upright or pull it like a traditional piece of luggage. It is so easy to breeze through the terminal with this thing! I also like the inside compartments: It has a mesh area on the inside of the opening flap like most suitcases do but it also has 2 extra storage areas that zipper closed (see picture of inside the suitcase) which is especially good for those small things you don't want shifting all over the suitcase while you travel (and they are removable!). Also it comes with a TSA approved lock that you can use if you wish, a combination lock, and a USB port! The suitcase can be expanded up to 2 inches with the zip around and the telescoping handle is nicely padded and can be adjusted to multiple heights. Overall this is a great carry-on piece and we are very pleased.

I received this product for review purposes and very satisfied with the quality and all the great features this luggage has as well as many compartments. The material is very good and great stitching. Also very easy to wheel around which is a huge plus. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for this type of product.

I love this luggage! I had bene using the standard pull-behind luggage for many years. I did not know that the mobile wheels were an option until I got this suitcase, and oh what a difference it makes! This thing is a breeze rolling through the airport. I've flown many different airlines and it fits just fine in all overhead compartments as long as you don't stuff it where's it's overflowing. It is very well made as I have used it on many trips. It's now my go to for even a short trip. I never do checked baggage as I don't want my luggage going anywhere but with me. The inside is nice and soft with various pockets to hold your items. Like I said, the best suitcase ever. It's very professional looking. My only suggestion (and it's minor) is that it should come in more colors. I got the black one and I had to put a sparkly tag on it to be able to tell my bag from the others at the airports. I highly recommend this bag!

This is a really, really nice suitcase for the price. The design is rather brilliant: the case reduces in depth as it travels up toward the top, so it's less prone to tipping over. It rolls smoothly, is adjustable and has SO many compartments. Really clever. Pros: great materials, solid construction, nice handle, good handle extension, spacious internal and external zippered storage pockets, expansive internal straps, useful external handles, built-in luggage tag holder, rotating stylish wheels. Cons: NOTHING! I want to add that I took about 10 pictures of the suitcase and it kept saying that the file was too large while uploading. With that being said, the only picture that I was able to upload it is of the wheel (which I absolutely love.) I apologize for not being able to show a better photo of the suitcase.

I really like my piece of luggage! I highly recommend it. I haven't owned luggage since I was a child and this is great! I needed a nice and easy piece of luggage as I'll be doing lots of travelling in the coming years. I previously traveled with a backpack. Backpacks are nice because it keeps me hands free. However, there is something about seeing people walking around with the wheels that made me curious to find out which one I'd like better - traveling with a backpack or luggage with wheels. This piece of luggage is part of the SwissTech Executive line. The double 4-way wheels (8 wheels), the adjustable handle, the many zipper compartments, the TSA lock option and USB port make this really cool for traveling for business and pleasure. I've traveled for both purposes with this luggage and have been so pleased. It is considered a 21” upright with a handle on the side to carry. It has a wet and removable accessory pouch which I didn't have to use, but is cool to know I have it if I need it. It weighs about 8 pounds and comes with a 15 year warranty (keep your purchase receipt). There are multiple zippers in the front that expand when filled adding extra space to the luggage. Please note this will make it thicker so if you need to put this near you on a bus or plane the expanded space may make it difficult to stash. The zipper pulls feels sturdy (like they won't fall off from repeated use) and they zip open and close smoothly. My husband and I plan to buy more luggage from this Executive line.

On my recent first trip with this 29" 8-wheel Swisstech luggage, a set of wheels broke off the first day I arrived in Europe after taking a 90 minute train trip from the airport and then wheeling it a few blocks. For the rest of my 12 day trip the luggage with missing wheels would constantly want to fall over into the dirt when I was moving between stays. Of the 4 verified purchaser reviews written prior to my writing this one, two other purchasers had the same problem. I've tried contacting the manufacturer about their 15 year warranty and have received no response now 7 days after leaving a phone message and 4 days after leaving an email on their website explaining my problem, and I feel very frustrated. Walmart.com customer service was empathetic but could only recommend I dispute this through my credit card company because the purchase occurred more than 90 days ago.

I purchased this in May 2022 and hardly used for 4 times and today at the airport it’s handle is broken . Very poor quality . I paid $110 for this . Very disappointed with purchase.

This was nice until the wheel broke on my 2nd trip. It is now useless. I have tried to get this made right but Walmart can’t get the right phone %23 or someone from Swiss tech to help me. It been very frustrating.
