I like that you can use it with multiple devices.
I love the big screen, very easy to set up. The only thing I don't like is that it has to be constantly plugged into a power source.
I take it everywhere I go plus playing on a bigger screen is better!!!
As said before great picture, but the downside is, it's really heavy!
First, I didn't see the other review, or I would have been hesitant to buy so I am glad I did not read it. Second, the regular Switch screen is a 6.5" 720p IPS. This Orion screen is an 11.6" IPS, so the colors and the details are great only BIGGER. I researched portable OLED screens (like the OLED Switch) before buying this and found one from Innocn at about $400. They don't have a way to dock your Switch or your iPhone (yes I did say iPhone) and their monitor doesn't have controller adapters to hold the screen and play on your phone or Switch at the same time. If they did build this, it would likely be $500. Third, I have half a dozen phone chargers that I have been given as gifts that I didn't use much, now I can put any of them on the back of the Orion and it works perfectly. I did run into the same issue the other reviewer posted, but my Switch wasn't charged at the time after I called Up-Switch support. They asked me a couple questions, when I plugged it into the wall - no problems. They said try it again after the Switch has at least 25% charge, and I never had the issue again. Now if Apple can get more games in their app store that support Nintendo controllers, I will be able to use this thing for Apple games and Switch games. If only they found a way to make Xbox or PS5 handheld or a bigger screen for Steam Deck. I absolutely hated my Steam Deck because it had a 7" screen like the Switch. Too small for me when it comes to the PC games I want to play.
Bought for my son to use with his switch. It Didn't recognize the switch. Wouldn't work. Sent it back
The screen display is horrible. Don't buy this orion switchup product. Waste of $250. Only support original joystick, won't support hori split pad pro joystick. Sometime when turned on, it display says no signal and had to try again and again until it displays switch screen.
