video quality is good even in night vision. sound quality is clear from the built in speaker though a little too soft. easy setup and runs as intended. loving it so i had to buy 2. now i have eyes on my little ones even when i'm out or in other part of the house.

I'm enjoying that great device with unbelievable price/quality ratio! I'm a bit disappointed that the Switchbot API doesn't allow to integrate the camera to a Home Automation system and force the user to use the app on mobile phone. It's really pitty.

We have multiple cameras in our home. One is a blink and one is the switchbot. The image is much clearer on the switchbot and you get a wider view of the area you are monitoring. We really love our switchbot and we definitely prefer it over the blink. The only problem we had was we had to buy an external memory card to store any videos. Other than that, it has been an amazing camera.

Not bad at all. Nice clear view also, in night mode vision. SD card is a nice touch enabling recording when body is detected. The build in Mic works well too. The app can sometime not work properly meaning the cam option is unavailable. But I've realized restarted my mobile get the cam working again. HD quality feature, cloud feature, night mode, USB powered option & comes with a flexable stand with pivett movement. Recommended for in door use in any room.

Overall, I am pleased with the quality video output of the camera. I installed it in my garage to be able to view my deliveries. I will be ordering more soon. My only drawback is storage.

Very nice small piece of tech, works perfectly well for a very low price. The image is clear, the app works very well but above all the customer service is great ! Very nice job, thanks a lot :-)

Compact and easy to Install. Does what it says and the App is very versatile. While the camera can be flipped 180 degrees, it would be great if it can also be flipped 90 degrees to enable installation on a side wall as well.

The camera has a really nice video quality, and works very good with the app. The night vision is better than I expected. I have absolutely no complains about it. Great product!

Basic and straightforward - this camera does what it says on the can. I had it set up in minutes, integrating into the Switchbot ecosystem with ease. I also found that the alerts were usable and reliable. Build quality is very good - and it's not ugly like some on the market. Picture quality is good too, as is the infrared illumination. Having had it running for a few weeks, I can say that it's been rock solid on the network and streams well without glitches. Although I feel that I might be being a little harsh when considering the price, I've knocked off a star due to the quality of the audio. It's definitely usable for normal level sounds (people speaking quite close to the camera), however it suffers from sounding like it's underwater when picking up low level or distant noises. The other odd issue is that when viewing the camera through the Switchbot app, it doesn't honour the orientation of my Android device. It stubbornly remains in portrait only occupying around a third of the display screen. When I select to go full screen I have to move the image left and right to see the full width. Hopefully this will be sorted in a later software release. Overall, a great value basic camera which I would recommend to anyone invested in the Switchbot ecosystem.

The cameras are fine, but useless if you want to use them outside of the switchbot system (I knew this before buying, but its a big negative). What I wasnt expecting was the poor UI, its clunky and very difficult to find clips etc. I've resorted to removing the SD card to look at anything now
