White Chocolate Melts
Smooth creamy and just the right amount of flavor. No additional oil needed and it melts easily.Worked great for the cookies that I was making and home air popped popcorn.

Great tasting
Haven't used these for candy making yet but they taste far better than Wiltons, Chocomaker, or the dreaded Merckens. Pleasantly surprised! The color is, as advertised, a very bright white and wafers are clean (in some brands, there are black flecks, presumably of vanilla bean).

Not worth the $1 savings
Just go ahead and buy Wilton. Not worth it to save $1. The taste was definitely a downgrade, even my little kids didn't like it. Although the texture was smooth and nice!

WING DESCRIPTION IN ADVERTISEMENT
the description given says melting chocolate which led me to believe it was white chocolate but it was vanilla flavored and i can't use it for my order

Clumpy
Melted it down, was very soft. And once I dipped the pretzel rod in Came out clumpy. And it continued the same thing with the other pretzels.
