I purchased the large bag. This is a great travel bag for short trips. It can be a great 2nd bag for long trips too. I pack a lot of extras so that why it was ideal for me on a short trip. If it is not packed to capacity, it can possibly be used as a 2nd “personal bag” for airplane travel. If fully packed, it might not properly fit under an airplane seat. Check your airline requirements for bags. Special Note: Reviews that I read talked about a convenient shoe pouch. There is an opening in the bottom of the bag which allows you to push your shoes up inside the bag. Using the shoe pouch will take up a large amount of space on the interior of the bag. So for me the shoe area is not a great use of the space unless it's a 1 day and 1 outfit trip. Overall it's a really great sturdy travel backpack with special padding for carrying comfort!

The bag has more capacity than I thought. It is waterproof and has many pockets, perfect for short trips. I bought it because I need a backpack for my trip in 2 weeks. I chose to buy it at Walmart because the delivery is so quick. I got it the next day! Now I have enough time and enough space to prepare my bag for the next traveling.

this bag is incredible! if we did not have the shoe compartment on the bottom we would have had to leave a pair of shoes behind a we purchased some items on vacation. it fits as a carry on bag not checked. saved alot of money! good material. i washed it also, not dried. came out ferfect and super clean ! love it!
