This Leg Extension and Leg Curl combo is a really nice addition to my home gym. Packaging was done well, and all parts arrived in great shape. It took me around two hours to assemble by myself. It will go a lot quicker if two people assemble this together. There are wrenches included, but I used my own ratchet set. The steel is heavy duty, and this machine should last me a lifetime. The action of both the leg extension and leg curl is really smooth, and provides a great workout for both the quadriceps and the hamstrings. The padding is thick and comfortable. This is a really nice machine for my home gym.
this is a budget friendly piece of equipment that came perfectly packaged. it takes some time to assemble, but the instructions were pretty good. not commercial grade, but works great for my home gym.
Great machine - it is exactly as described and does a great job at building leg muscles. Syedee is a great company - I have purchased two weigh machines from them so far and everthing is perfect. Assembly was straight forward and the machines are made with quality party and made to last a lifetime. The operation is simply and the size is perfect for my home gym. I highly recommend this machine %26 this company.
For small garage gyms, Syedee gym equipment is perfect, especially if you are trying to stretch your dollars. A lot of the equipment feels like commercial quality, and if you have issues with your equipment or order, they're very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
Where do I start, first it hurts my shins. I only have 160 pounds on the machine it hurts my legs(shins) so much doing sets. I bought knee pads and placed them on my shins didn't help. The only thing that does help is if I take some of the weight off. The second thing with the 160 pounds that I have on the machine causes it to tilt to one side. The third thing the rotation is not a full extension it's only about halfway which is very disappointing. The fourth thing I am 6' feet tall athletic built (size med) and it's hard for me to get in and out of the seat. It is not made for tall people at all. The fifth thing the leg bar does not hit your legs even the side closer to the weights is lower and the opposite side is higher. This is due to the weights being heavy. I would send it back, but the hassle is not worth it. I believe it would be a good machine for a beginner or even someone that wants to lift light weights. I have enclosed pics of the complaints I have. I put it outside after I discovered all the dislikes I have about it. But it is a nice-looking machine.
The lower leg extension bar is already showing signs of bending where your right ankle touches. Machine has only been used several times with a max weight of 50lbs. Left leg is doing more work than right leg. The lower bar should have been made stronger. This problem will only get worse with time and use.
Unfortunately, like others had reported, the lower leg bar is bent when adding weight which puts uneven pressure on your left leg vs right leg. The upper support bar is also bent, which isn't as big of a deal as the lower leg bar. Tried re-attaching and re-tightening the bars with no luck and am afraid the screws will eventually strip like others reported. A big bummer because the Syedee Belt Squat machine I have is solid... but this leg curl machine just doesnt have the same quality.
recently purchased this and it is already breaking. the leg extension piece is poorly designed. the leg extension piece is tilting when you put weight on, even a little bit if weight. the ball bearings are falling out and it is scrapping the side if the machine with every rep.
Returing it the space between the spindle is so tigh you cant put your legs in ther if you're an adult this thing is so small that i feel like its for kids more than adults
My leg extension machine arrived in a damaged box, which everything looked to be fine, however once put together I sat down to test it, both the seat cushion and the back pad were wet. Additionally the control arm connection to the upper pad and lower pad bends under minimal tension or weight.
