Got this slatmill half price off. Was a little skeptical bc it was kinda cheap but I went ahead and ordered it. Got here in five days, the only issue I had was that the box it came in was all beat up and destroyed but nonetheless the slatmill itself was fine. Took me about 2 hrs to put together as you need someone to help you put it together and there are only photos and no words for instructions My dogs were kind of unsure but that's normal as it's their first time using it and they're not use to it. 10/10 would recommend as it's sturdy and affordable

Delivered on time despite the delivery information not updating for days at a time. Easy assembly mostly put together although instructions are vague but doesn't take a genius to understand. Packaging was not damage a whole lot upon arrival. The brake mechanism has yet to work sufficiently or stop the mill from moving. Material the slatmill is made out of seems sturdy and well made. Although the plexiglass is poor quality and arrived chipped at one of the inserts areas. I'm running German shorthaired pointers on the large slatmill and they love it. Mill functions despite the small damage on the plexiglass for safety reason will needed to be replaced. I would recommend this product if those small issues can be managed easily. Hopefully the company can stand by their product and replace damage parts upon arrival.

It seems to be made of good quality materials.My dogs seem to be slowly warming up to it , but my malinois loves it. It did take about 2 hours to put together.The brake is not so much a brake as it is just a slow down switch. I have the top bar facing the opposite way as the right way puts my dogs too far forward.Its surprisingly not super loud .

Assembly instructions not clear, pictures of parts difficult to figure out. Plastic side piece broke first time tried to turn around and the help email on box went unanswered. Item weight for lifting would've been helpful to know in advance

The treadmill came with dents in the metal and cracked wood which would eventually pinch my dog. While assembling the treadmill I noticed that it would cycle correctly. It kept sliding off track on to the top of the wheels. I believe the reason so be the way it was welded on the rear end. The back plate is crooked which rubs against the wood on the treadmill, resulting in it being off track.

The product is solid. My dogs are terrified of it. The company will not refund me. Playing the 3rd party seller games of acting like their trying to help by asking what part is missing or damaged, but not acknowledging you want to return it. It's been a full month and they still send emails everyday asking me to take a picture of the damaged part or missing part. Never said anything about it being damaged. They simply don't want to return it. My dogs are both about 70lbs and its big and aggressive and they don't like it... So the seller is trying to force me to keep it. Don't put yourself through what they've done in my situation thus far. Walmart needs to ban them from sellin gon their platform.

It does not roll easily in the brake system does not work properly. Not worth 700 dollars. Just spend a few hundred more and buy one worth having. Also the fiberglass planks can not handle 500 lbs as said. My 75 lb dog flex them and it pinches his paws. This tredmill is trash.

I have been trying to return this item for a week now and the seller will not return any of my messages. Would have left a good review otherwise but this return process is a nightmare
