I am overly impressed with the quality of this reformer. Set up took less than 20 minutes at most. Seems to glide smooth and spring weight is similar to ones at studio. Folding and un folding is simple. I was able to put together, move and unfold by myself.

I’ve had my eye on this for a few weeks and decided I would try it. I have a Stotts Pilates Reformer at work and have a pretty good knowledge of its use. It was delivered in a timely manner. The box was a little beat up in one corner but nothing that damaged anything inside. The set up was complete within about 20 mins from opening the package to full set up. The cords and springs offer quite an array of resistance. The track is smooth and glides nicely. The foot bar adjusts easily and foot platform slides right in and out. The shoulder bolsters are pretty wide and hit me wrong but I plan to fix that so it fits better. The straps have two areas and don’t slip out of my hands or my feet. I am using a Pilates block for my head (the blue block in the picture). It helps keep my head in a better position I’m really glad I decided to get this and know it will be perfect for my personal use! For reference I am 5’9.

Reformer arrived three days early. Missing bolts. Vender agreed to send them to me in 7 - 14 days. It looks good. Well packed.

I wanted to wait until I had this reformer a little bit before I reviewed. So far it is pretty steady. it is definitely not for tall people so I would not recommend for anybody over 5'9", honestly. I just got certified as an instructor and that meant I went on the wait list for any classes at my studio. I figured I could give myself my own flow if I just had my reformer. unfortunately, I did not have a dedicated room. I like that this reformer is foldable. it is not very large, so I have ended up keeping it unfolded for the time being in the corner of the office. it actually does not take up much room and it's very efficient. I did not like the straps it came with so I did buy straps from Amazon to attach to it. it was a very easy switch. once you adjust the ropes for your size it turns out to be quite a handy and quick reformer flow. The jump board I just used for the first time today, and it was a great workout! It's actually a lot more padded than the ones at my studio so the shock to my joints is not that bad. the foot bar is a little creaky but it has not given out on me, and I have been doing down stretches, flying lunges, and flamingos. All in all, I'd have to say it is a pretty steady machine for what I paid. if it even lasts a year, it was worth it. I paid under $400. ps... I find that I just used the Springs instead of the cords. you have to remove the foot pad to use the cords and it became too much of an issue. I found I had decent enough resistance with just the springs. If I really wanted to take it up a notch, I would add one cord to whatever spring setting I had.

Very well packaged during shipment. I’m 50 years old and 5’4 - I moved the box inside myself and put together myself less than 15 -20 min. Needed hubby’s help on 2 things. 1- the headrest would not go into the bracket smoothly because it was uneven welding job on the inside of the bracket , we used rubber mallet to get it in the bracket which worked. 2- one of the silver poles that was pre bolted for the ropes was put on backwards so hubby need bolt tool to switch it around. No biggie. Did my first 2 part workout 20 min definitely need to adjust the cords to your fit easy to change below carriage un screw handle and re tie cords longer. 2nd part of my work out only used pump board for 15 min. Overall nice. Yes there will be few very minor scratches but overall runs smooth nice solid design. I would buy this again. Very happy with it.

I purchased this because of the 80% off sale for the item. Still paying over $300 for the equipment. When I received it the boxing was damaged. I put everything together it took about an hour to do so. The headrest was missing a screw so it could not be used. The sliding platform got dislodged while installing as the instructions required. I had to physically bend a metal piece out of the way in order to shift it back into place so that it would not continue to shave off metal and the coating. There were no instructions for use of the equipment. No replacement pieces described, there are plastic tubing and knobs that are not described on how they work or function.

The box my Pilates reformer came in was destroyed %26 had water damage. I am missing multiple parts for the reformer %26 never received instructions on how to put together the machine. I have contacted the seller 2 times now %26 still haven’t heard back when it’s been over 2 weeks. I will never buy from this seller again!!

I ordered this reformer and received it via FedEx on 9/26/24. It was left outside of my garage in the rain. The box was weathered and a part of the machine was sticking out of a hole. The box is so damaged from the rain that the reformer is trying to fall out of the bottom of the box. I contacted the seller to initiate a refund and submitted a case with FedEx. I understand it isn't the seller's fault, but the reformer was still damaged. I contacted the seller on 9/27/2024 initiating a refund and was told I would receive a response in 48 hours. I contacted Walmart through chat again on 9/29/2024 since I hadn't received response from the seller, and they told me the seller asked for pictures and provided me with their email address. Where was the response from the seller stating this?? I shouldn't have had to contact Walmart again. I provided all the evidence and waited for another response. I contacted Walmart through chat again on 10/1/2024 and they sent the seller another email due to no response. I was told I would need to file a dispute with my credit card because there isn't anything they can do. It's their platform so Walmart should be able to step in when the seller isn't responsive. FedEx contacted me the next day to discuss the issue. They said they saw that the driver could've left it on the porch and they were willing to come pick it up and send it back to the seller since it was their fault, but since I already contacted the seller I should wait for a return label from them to come and retrieve it. Only the seller can claim the damage since they used FedEx to send the reformer. It is so simple for the seller to give me back my money and put in a claim with FedEx to get their money for the damage. I haven't opened the package because I know it's damaged and the reformer will stay in my garage until someone comes to get it. I still haven't heard anything. Now I will have to dispute it with my credit card. It is evident that Walmart has no interest in protecting customers who make purchases from their marketplace and this seller doesn't care to make things right and just wants to keep my money. If I purchase through Walmart again I will only buy things labeled sold by Walmart while shopping online.

The strap broke within the first 2 minutes of using it, and it scraps against the metal. They have an insert to say to contact them first, which I did. It's been 4 days with no response.
