Syedee Home Gym Station
I am very disappointed with the delivery method and FedEx the company used to deliver my gym equipment. The items are very heavy for an elderly woman to be moving and yet, this item came in multiple boxes a that were extremely heavy for me to move that were left at my doorstep to be moved on my own. I am really beginning to think FedEx is not the company to use for heavy to extreme heavy merchandise... Since this is response is not guided by what I should say, but more on improving the needs of their customer. I would think this response would be acceptable for the main reason to improve the delivery method that is being used! Notice all boxes were delivered in this order accept one in the middle.
