Excellent product. I took my time abd sometimes i marked the screws with permanent marker, my 13 years old helped me. I received all the pieces. I didn't mixed them up. If you are in such hurry dont do it. Take your time. I enjoyed it. I bought 2 equipments from same seller, and very satisfied for the price.

the item is going to work well I really like our home gym but some of the parts is stopping us from getting it ready for the 2026 time. i need someone can face time us on why we screws with small pieces that are flimsy and loose. i don't want a refundi want it set up correctly safely and correct. all the. items on page 14 of manual im posting. got to fix that up!

This product came with several dents on the cushions and the bars (see pic). Took 4 hours to assemble. The instructions are not as clear as I would have liked. I'm disappointed in the quality of the product.

Cables started falling apart after 4 months.

Holes for bolts do not line up. The customer service is completely horrible when asking for a refund. Have been going back and forth for two weeks to try to get this issue resolved. I suspect they are slow to provide a real solution because they want to wait out the return period.

I've only had this for a few months and have used it three times, and the cables are already falling apart. This has become a safety issue, and I can't use it in this condition. I will be reporting this and filing with the Federal Business Bureau because this is not safe, and the quality is unacceptable. I need this addressed immediately.

Very cheap quality, I haven't even been using it 24 weeks and the police system is already stripping the wires so I'm sure that's going to break soon. The system is built so disproportionate that you can't fully extend on certain workouts, if you're not standing perfectly on the foot platform, the whole system top is over almost, everything's really tight so you can barely move specially, it was missing parts, and some of the parts that we received were damaged upon opening the box.

This machine shouldn't be used unless you use no more than 40 lbs. It broke literally the first use after putting the whole 100 lbs on the chest press. And forget about putting extra plates. it is a hazard and could be very dangerous. Returning it

First of all this, this item says it will arrive in one package 📦. That’s a lie, it will arrive it two packages at random times. So if you’re expecting to complete it when it arrives you won’t be able to. Next- good luck building it. There will be missing parts, screws that do not fit in existing holes and points. It’s a shame because the overall build has some potential since it is more compact. The lat pull down is too close to the chest less handles and doesn’t allow good form for working out. But otherwise seems like it can be worked around if you remove the front pad. I can’t say for certain since the piece to stack the weights is you know- missing. Seller : I had to reach out to the seller over 5 times, and get ready for not great service. 1st -delayed delivery, you will get no updates on your second package 2nd- since parts are missing you’ll need to reach out to the seller. The sellers solution( A)for missing parts- is literally for you to go buy then yourself and hunt them down at Home Depot. They will tell you. To fix it yourself. (They offer to refund the parts instead of shipping you the replacement parts because “ It’s more convenient for them” . Solution (B) is to finally agree to send replacement parts and then never actually send them out or send a tracking number. (C) You contact the seller to request a refund since the machine is missing parts and they won’t send replacement parts- so now the solution… is to send the replacement parts - only this time for real. ( still never received the missing parts) No help from seller and now have a machine that is unusable. Please be cautious, a great sale turned out to be a huge scam.

worst experience ever. wouldn't recommend this for anyone. didn't come complete and the customer service aren't helpful.
