I ordered this at a really good price and everything was just like the picture. Just an fyi, I received 2 big boxes on different days so if you think you’re missing pieces like the legs and a few other things, it’s probably in box %23 2. Overall, worth the money and great quality! Also received it fairly quickly after ordering it as well.

For one, the seller was quick to respond AND sent screenshot information and my tracking number when I had asked where and when my second half of the reformer was going to arrive. (Just a heads up it arrives in 2 separate boxes on two different days) Took my husband and I about 40 minutes to set up. As someone who paid for classes, took a year off, and getting back into it after a baby, this is perfect! For the price, quality and customer service, I highly recommend!

Was very happy that both boxes came at the same time. I had read some reviews stating that the boxes/delivery could take multiple days. I had one issue with the screws being too tight on the frame, but was able to adjust so the pieces would fit. I've used the machine three times already and it's working great.

I've been eyeing a reformer for a while, but the price tags on most are pretty steep, so I was excited to find the Syedee Reformer at such a reasonable price. The seller was fantastic with communication, letting me know that the reformer would arrive in two separate deliveries, which I appreciated—both boxes did arrive on different days, but everything showed up in good shape. Putting the reformer together was a bit time-consuming, but nothing too difficult. Once assembled, I found that it works well. It's not as tall as the reformers used in commercial studios, but it still offers a solid workout experience, and it definitely gets the job done for home use. There are a few things worth mentioning, though. The straps that came with my reformer were not what was pictured in the listing. Instead of the removable handles shown in the images, the straps are continuous, which means I can't remove or swap out the handles, and I'm not a big fan of the ones provided. I would have preferred the option to attach my own handles. Also, the headrest is on the shorter side, which might be uncomfortable for some, but it's manageable. As for the springs, they're generally good. However, one of the colored caps popped off—nothing major, I think I can glue it back on with no problem. Overall, for the price, this is a great starter reformer. While there are some minor drawbacks, especially for those who want the exact specs from the pictures, it’s a solid investment for home workouts. If the handles and headrest were improved, I would definitely change my rating to five stars. I'm happy with it and think it’s a great option for anyone starting out with Pilates.

Returned item due to seller sending me a yellow reformer!!! I did NOT order yellow. Never opened any of the products due to this careless error. It was a big hassle due to the fact I was not home when it arrived. It consisted of 3 heavy boxes that had to be dragged out of the hallways! So the return labels were placed on it and it was picked up a few days later. 1/22/25! Felt bad for the delivery person due to the error and the weight! Still have not received my $1,200 dollar credit! Where’s my refund???

Reformer arrived with the wood broken in many places. Could not even unpack it. Returned immediately and waiting on a refund.

I can’t give a rating on the performance because. I can’t put it together. Can’t find any information on the company to request assistance. I need this machine put together asap my studio is opening this weekend!!!!!

Delivered on the curb of a lawn , I know it wasn’t the company but they phone number associated with sure Pilates is not active. Beware when buying stuff from 3rd party vendors. Paid for this item and have no way to resolve this with the company

the wrong shoulder piece came in after i spent hours putting it together. im going to try to reach out for assistance and will update if i have luck. the bolts are too short and the bottom has square slots instead of cross, they don't secure.

I ordered several reformers from them and the first two were great. On my last three they had incorrect parts in the box. They shipped shoulder rests that wouldn’t fit the machines. I tried for 5 weeks to get it resolved by the shipper. They still haven’t resolved it and Walmart has been no help.
