it was easy to assemble on my own. Since it is hard wood, it is sturdy and has alot of options and functions. I really enjoy using it. I would enjoy if there were a few use videos to go along.
I am a Pilates teacher and have made chairs and reformers for my studio and students in the past. This is a cost effective and professional piece of equipment I use daily at home. I recommend it.
not having all necessary bolts is an issue with this product. the chair is made of wood and metal, once i found a way to use the limited number of appropriate bolts for the springs to work, i was good to start exercising. i am not using any of the side items or the wheels. as a pilates chair i feel it still a good value for the money
